Your site is in organic results for adwords keyword - improved quality score?
-
Let's say I am targeting a keyword "Blue Widgets Cityname" with an AdWords campaign. My SEO landing page is coming up in position #6 in the organic results for this keyword.
Because I have my website in the organic search results, does my quality score automatically improve?
Conversely, my quality score could go up because the organic search results facilitate a higher CTR for both the ads and the organic results. However, I am wondering if there is a quality score algorithmic component that automatically makes my quality score go up simply because the same domain I am targeting is in the organic results.

The Adwords account has no bearing on organic search. One of the biggest factors of your quality score in your Adwords campaign is your CTR. Your reasoning would be correct, if your controlling more real estate on the SERP results your ads and organic listing could be positively impacting your CTR.

I do not believe that there is a connection between organic SERPs ranking and your Adwords quality score.

When to switch off AdWords ads in your channel mix?
My question is actually Inspired by that very good article: https://moz.com/blog/google-organic-clicks-shifting-to-paid that I read this morning. Present situation: For a specific and valuable non-branded keyword combination (2-3 words) we rank: Google Adwords: position 1 Local Pack (with maps): position 1 Organic Search: position 3-5, lately more 5-6 Question?: Is it still worth having AdWords ads or not there? How to evaluate if we could do without AdWords? Any algorithm, experiment, thought that would help find out? We know our average cost per lead for the different channels. Just to leave away AdWords ads for a certain time is not really an option nor would that statistically mean anything, i.e. if we skip AdWords and have the same number of leads after that and compare it with the months before (with AdWords) that could also be due to other reasons (seasonal aspects, etc.). Put in other words: if we skip AdWords people would still click (more) on our other two search results (local & organic). I am not sure if the additional leads coming from AdWords outweigh the cost we have for that. Would love to know your thoughts about that. Thanks a lot for your input in advance. Cheers, Cesare

Google Analytics showing my Adwords campaign bounce rate at 0%
I am relatively new to Adwords, and I can't figure out why the Adwords section of Analytics is showing all my site visitors at 0% bounce rate. Does that mean the account connection is not done right? Obviously Google ads are not a 0% bounce rate. If I can't get that to work, does anyone know how Google ads appear in Traffic? Is it Direct or Referral? I'm sure there's some simple answer I'm just not aware of, I would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks!

Adwords inital offer / plan towards a client
This must have beeen asked before, but I have been Googleing all day to find a sample offer made by some premium agency. I am working on my very first Adwords offer and although I certainly have my own ideas what to include, I would love to see an offer that has a great flow and layout. Could somebody please give me a link where I can find something?

Why doesn't exact match appear to be working for me in Google AdWords tool?
Hi guys, I recently read Rand's article here and tried out the exact match symbols on my keywords. However, these don't appear to be working for me as the results aren't showing up as they do in the above SEOmoz article (attached screenshot). What am I doing wrong? Adwords for Video Question?
Hi I'm just wondering how specific the targeting can be for an adwords campaign that targets youtube videos. Specifically if the following scenario is possible... If I was to promote a car alarm, is it possible to have my adverts show up before news stories of car thefts? i.e. can I pick and choose individual videos? Thanks

Curious about Adwords keyword tool results.
Why the Google Adwords Keywords tool says there are 0 local monthly searches for a keyword or shows a dash, but in spite of this there's competition for those keywords (up to 0.42 in some cases) ? Thanks!!

Google Adwords Conversion Tracking Code Help - Not Showing Conversions
Hi, all. I am having issues with a clients website. They have their website developed by a company http://www.flowerstoreinabox.com.au/ my clients website is http://www.flawlessflowers.com.au the google adwords conversion tracking code has been added to their site. It measures all details as far as ads clicked on, etc.. the only part that is not been measured is the conversions of the adwords campaign. So I cannot see if the ads are successful or what their conversion % is. I have looked at the code on the thank you page and the google adwords conversion code is present on the thank you page after the sale. I am not a coder and so not sure what to look at if all the details on the checkout page exist in the code to measure the adwords conversion ecommerce transactions correctly. I have provided a link to the source code of the competed order page. If someone could look at the code and provide any assistance I would appreciate it. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16973368/7 may adwords flawless flowers.txt I am also happy to provide you access to the google analytics account if required just give me your email address to set it up.
