My client has two sources of reviews - productsreview.com.au and judgeme.com - both have about 30 reviews each and we would like to combine these to get to the required 50 (so that they both show on the product ratings feed). I cannot find any information on this so would be grateful for some guidance - thank you!

Star rating not showing up in local pack, and knowledge panel pulling in healthgrades

Hello, I have a client that when you Google just their business name a couple of odd things are happening. First off, they show up in the map pack, but it's now showing their review rating. They have 29 reviews, with an average star rating of 4.6, but at first glance, it doesn't look like they have any reviews:

I'm wondering if reviews services like yotpo and reviews.io are worth it.

The reviews services advertise that your reviews and stars will be placed in your Google search results and this helps with rankings. Does anyone have experience using Yotpo or Reviews.io with a brick and mortar business? Or, any business for that matter? Thanks,

Experience Getting Google Reviews Restored?

Does anyone have any experience or know anyone with experience getting google reviews restored? We have no technical issues with our Google business pages/locations, but for some reason, they deleted some of our recent reviews. These reviews were not at our location or review station or anything like that. A couple of the profiles were very new accounts, and a couple of the users posted reviews for a few locations, however, they were legitimate reviews that they did on their own. I was hoping someone had an idea of what to do to appeal to Google or if there was a form to fill out to get our reviews restored. Thanks, Ruben

How to address reviews that show up in Google but come from a business's own website?

One of my clients has a competitor who has a fairly poor reputation based on reviews on Google and Yelp. But, this competitor allows people to review them on their own website, and their "4.8" rating based on 250+ "reviews" show up in search engine results. I assume they are using schema markup to encourage that. My question is whether there is anything we can do to report this to Google, or otherwise make sure the general public is not fooled by these reviews?

Enabling Rich Snippets for Reviews and Ratings

Hi everybody, Going to install schema AggregateRating code so our website will appear with 5 stars snippet in SERP. Researching other websites and see two main approaches: Site displays all its reviews on the page where the snippet is

Our site has over 300 reviews and I don't want all of them to be in targeted page (home page), of course I prefer to go with option #2 if it's within Google guidelines. is it? What do you guys think?

Has Anyone Ever Used Nearby Now App for SEO?

Hello Moz World, I was researching different ways to expand a client's SEO beyond his brick and mortar location. I listen to a webinar by Brightlocal on tactics I could use to help improve rankings. (Great Webinar, nothing really relevant till after the 30 minute mark). One of the host recommended an app called Nearby Now which will help a local service provider rank in multiple towns by allowing clients to provide a testimonial in realtime in the city that the service was provided and link it back to the website. I sat down with a customer service rep, and it sounds like its a great low cost solution for service providers to rank outside of their brick and mortar location. My question, Has anyone used it? New building ownership and NAP - strategies for removing old listings with bad reviews

I have a question based on this scenario: An apartment building changes ownership. Previous owners were terrible and online listings have had terrible reviews. Since the apartment building now has a new brand name, new office address and phone number, the new owners want to create new online listings instead of claiming the old listings with the bad reviews. Also they want to report the old listings as "closed". They would like to remove the old listings with bad reviews from the old management and old brand name and start fresh, since they plan many improvements. Has anyone tried this strategy? How much luck has anyone had rebranding an apartment building and reporting old business listings as closed?
