Keyword Difficulty Tool on local results. Is this really working?
-
I've tried the Keyword Difficulty Tool on "consultant seo" in Romania (that is .ro)
The tool says that it's Highly Competitive (59%), but I've got my website on #8 in 2 weeks.
Question: Is this tool really working for local results? It seems way off...
Actually I was kind of expecting for this keyword to be easy, what is confusing is the "59%" from the Keyword Difficulty results.
Thanks for the answers!

I am now sure this is working at all at the moment it just keeps displaying an error. Does anyone know what this situation is with this tool?
Thanks
Tracy

Local SEO Rankings Report Tools (based on several locations)?
Hi, Just a quick question. I am looking for a Rankings Report tool that allows a user to not only provide a list of Keywords, but also a list of Locations for which to check Google UK's ranking results. In practice, I would like to be able to enter 6 names of Towns next to my keyword list and get "localised results". Many thanks in advance, Cheers Greg

SEOmoz Keyword Ranking - Does it work for local search?
I was just wondering how SEOmoz calculates keyword rankings up and down every week. Shouldn't there be a way to have SEOmoz calculate rankings on a Local and Non-Local Basis? For example I have "Local Dentist" as a keyword in SEOmo for my dental client. SEOmoz shows that we are not in the Top 50. | Local dentist Keyword History Ranking Analysis | Not in Top 50 | Moved unknown 0 spaces | Not in Top 50 | Moved unknown 0 spaces | Not in Top 5 | If I change my location in Google browser to the zip of where the office is located, we

FB Shares in SEOmoz Keyword Analysis Tool
Hello everybody, I'm quite confused in how to understand "FB Shares" in SEOmoz Keyword Analysis Tool Report. As You may know, this section is under report's "Social Signals" category. Does this number counts whole FB shares of some website links by ALL FB users? Or is it a number of some website FB account posts? Some clearance would be very helpful.. The same question applies to other social signal reports: Tweets, Google+ shares. Thank You for your answer! Happy New Year!

The "Social Media Monitoring" tool in research tools
I used this tool once and noticed it provided nice links to where listed keywords were posted in articles, forums, blogs, etc..., since that time @3 weeks ago... it lists an "error" to links and/or doesn't provide them in a linkable list below to access. Is this tool being worked on or will it be available in the future? Thank you.

Any tools for scraping blogroll URLs from sites?
This question is entirely in the whitehat realm... Let's say you've encountered a great blog - with a strong blogroll of 40 sites. The 40-site blogroll is interesting to you for any number of reasons, from link building targets to simply subscribing in your feedreader. Right now, it's tedious to extract the URLs from the site. There are some "save all links" tools, but they are also messy. Are there any good tools that will a) allow you to grab the blogroll (only) of any site into a list of URLs (yeah, ok, it might not be perfect since some sites call it "sites I like" etc.) b) same, but export as OPML so you can subscribe. Thanks! Scott
