Switching to another CMS with different permalink structure, how not to lose organic traffic and Google rankings? Urgent Please!

One of my customers is in online jewellery sales business and they are going to change their CMS; the problem is there is no co-relation between URL permalink structure of the current CMS and the new one. What should we do so that we don’t lose our current organic traffic (also Google rankings) coming from indexed URLs in Google due to permalink structure change ?
Typical example:
Current URL: http://www.abc.com/pirlanta-nedir,AR-3.html
The new URL is going to look like this: http://www.abc.com/tek-tas-pirlanta-ar-4.html

100% agree on the 301 redirect strategy. The best execution is to 301 redirect each page to the new page on the new site. If you have a TON of pages and can not create a 301 redirection rule for every single page you should at least 301 redirect the proper directories to each other.
One thought is...since you will be doing this 301 redirect why not make the NEW urls user/keyword friendly? Also maybe build some directory structure to the site. Hopefully you will be doing his but just thought I should mention it.

No, if you use 301 redirections, you don't have to correct the old pages.
It's says something like that : "Hey Google, doesn't care anymore about this page, this (the new one) is the page to care about. You can transfert PR,... from the old page to the new one"

The thing is their website also have on page SEO errors such as duplicate page titles, duplicate content on different product pages etc. Shall we correct them all before moving to another URL structrure? Does that make any sense? Or building a correct on page SEO structure on the new CMS would be okay?

For me, you've no choice : you've to use 301 redirection from all your old url's to the new one

Not ranking - Scarped content
Hi, I have a problem with a website, that never compe up with before. The website is: https://www.enallaktikidrasi.com It has a bunch of excellent articles, good enough on-page SEO and a medium backlink profile. However, it is ranking just for very very few keywords. The major problem is that there are original articles that searched by their title won't appear in top100 results but they will appear in other websites that scapre them (even if they give a backlink to our original article!) Also, the website has good rankings in Bing and Yahoo but not in Google. There are keywords ranking in #1 in Bing but nowhere in top10 pages in Google.... I am guessing for 3 issues: 1. Majestic shows a very low trust score (just 13). However, the website has not got any kind of penalty in the last 3 years. 2. There are many scarpers. The odd is that scarpers with no real value outrank our content. (Scarpers with almost zero backlink profile) 3. We ran Sucuri on website as there were a large bots attack. Is there a correlation between it bots attack and Google results? (but why not in Bing and Yahoo too?) It seems like Google underestimates the website when indexing websites for some reason. Moreover, some of the articles are really the best around but the keywords they are targeted are not either within the 30 first pages... Any help?? Thanks..

I think google look for it's index for word larry and page distinct.
And mix it up. But the question ;
Can google show a result which only Larry exist on the page but any of the synonym or the stem of the Page not exist .

Hey guyz I have a client who got a very interesting structure that I've ever seen. He has got a navigation down link, and with that he links every page on his site , with his every each page.

I mean each page link each page with dropdown navigational menu. ( Menu can be crawled .)
And the other interesting thing is in the image . http://prntscr.com/3q7zp6 He has a level 1 page that has a huge content in it.
But he links every topic of the content with another link which is anchor text link I mean this (http://site.com/level2page.html#part1).
How Google treats this ?
Is there anything wrong with it ? I mean amount of it .

How to display the full structure of website on Google serps
I have been searching around but unable to gather information as to how we can control or list top pages of a website on Google's first page , i.e. if we type seomoz in google , we can see the main listing with 6 subdomain listings , which link to Blog , Seo tool , Beginner Seo guide , Learn Seo , Pricing & Plans and login My question is can we control these listings i.e. what to display and what not , and if yes how can we make this type of visibility on first page , by using html or xml sitemaps or theirs something mostly websites are missing. Google Cache Version and Text Only Version are different
Across various websites we found Google cache version in the browser loads the full site and all content is visible. However when we try to view TEXT only version of the same page we can't see any content. Example: we have a client with JS scroller menu on the home page. Each scroller serves a separate content section on the same URL. When we copy paste some of the page content in Google, we can see that copy indexed in Google search results as well as showing in Cache version . But as soon as we go into Text Only version we cant see the same copy. We would like to know which version we should trust, Google cache version or the TEXT only version.

Descriptions missing from rankings associated with Google Place pages.
Can anyone help me figure out why my rankings that are associated with Google Place pages are missing descriptions? I have a number one result for the top searched keyword in my category but it just doesn't look the same without a description and I'm sure it's affecting CTR too.

Why do I see dramatic differences in impressions between Google Webmaster Tools and Google Insights for Search?
Has anyone else noticed discrepancies between these tools? Take keyword A and keyword B. I've literally seen situations where A has 3 or 4 times the traffic as B in Google Webmaster Tools, but half the traffic of B in Google Insights for Search. What might be the reason for this discrepancy?
