Quality links?

Is there particular place to get quality links?
-
Yes, that's is a point.
Thanks

Rather than writing an article and then asking the blog owner if they'd like to use it, it might be best to ask them if they're looking for any particular content first - if they are you won't be writing as blind and it might even give you some ideas you wouldn't have otherwise had.

Regular links. You want people to link to your website, because you have a great website. This means providing interesting content that your viewers want to read and having a visually appealing website with easy navigation. It's all about catering to the searcher's needs.
But to get started, locate popular lingerie blogs and analyze the website to see what kind of content makes it on the blog. Then write an interesting article that will fit right in with the blog and ask if the website host will allow you to guest blog your interesting article.
The fashion industry has so many blogs and websites devoted to it. It's a big opportunity for you to put out great content and receive links back to your website.

Relevancy vs Quality of the website in blog commenting
For example, I would like to comment on a do follow blog with my link inserted in the comment. The blog post is relevant with the link i inserted however there are too many spammy links on the comment. Will this affect my website in terms of "link neighborhood" even my site is relevant to the blog? how do you judge whether the blog is worth commenting and putting your link on it? Does link building on blog comments actually hurt the page rank of websites if it go wrong such as spammy sites?

Open Site Explorer Twitter and Facebook Links
I was using Open Site Explorer to compare some of my site's links to a competitor and I noticed that my Twitter page is not counting as an incoming link, whereas theirs are. From what I can tell, we have the same kind of setup on my twitter page, listing the domain in the company information... but no luck. Any suggestions on what I may be able to change? For reference: twitter.com/mediamegamall ... I know I need to work on the twitter presence... one thing at a time 🙂

SEOmoz total links fluxuations
I'm analyzing my clients and competitor back links and are noticing alot of up and down fluxuations. For example last month we had 1400 back links, last week 1350 back links, and today 1450 back links. Also, one competitor went from 25,000 to 2,700 in the space of a few weeks. My question is how can I explain to the client that their back links are going down when they are paying for a back link building service (100 back links per month). Thank you for your time.

How does a site get to no 3 in Google with no KW in their links?!!
Hello everyone, my first post - ahhh I'm investigating a niche and there is a site that should have no right being there in my view. It's no. 3 Google UK for 'company formation' with a small site with 65 weak links from only 7 domains and hosted in the US. But more importantly, the Open Site Explorer says there is not 1 link with that term in its anchor text. This I find crazy and makes me suspicious. But before I go back to my client saying "oh they must be black hat" I would like your expert views. I'm not sure whether to tut or congratulate them and for the first time I'm not sure what reasons to give for their amazing performance! What's your views?
