Make sure you log-in on top of it. It worked for me just a moment ago.

Hi Lawrence,

Yes it is for me, I tried a couple of use cases. Logging in/out and working from another browser but it keeps working for me. You might want to refresh our restart your browser.

One of my sites fell off the earth

I manage a handful of sites and have ranked top 5 for a handful of keywords for a long time. I recently checked one of my clients websites and other tier 2 pages will come up but the home page is now not showing up for any listings on Google. Was there a recent update was I put in the mysterious sandbox? I have not modify anything or using any black hat seo tricks. Only thing that was done is the client installed demand force onto their website. Any feedback about an update or about demand force or issue would be helpful. Open Site Explorer backlink results different that MajesticSEO... why?

When checking the number of external links linking to a site, Open Site Explorer and MajesticSEO give completely different results. In one case Open Site Explorer is saying the website has: "49 Total Links" and MajesticSEO is saying the website has: "6,143 External Backlinks (in the last 5 years)" and "497 External Backlinks (in the last 90 days)" Does anyone know why this is?

"Loading" error in Open Site Explorer

The "top pages" keeps hanging while trying to retrieve social metrics "FB Shares" "Tweets" and "Google +1". I've tried in Chrome and Firefox. Can I just turn these off? ose-hanging.jpg

Rank tracker not working right

so i'm quite new at using seomoz so maybe this is a silly question. a couple of weeks ago i added 6 url to tack weekly and it's been working so far. since then i've been wanting to add several more but it seems that the list is limited to 6. at first i click the checkbox on track column but when that didn't work i updated each url then click "track this url" --> that didn't work either. can anyone help if maybe i'm doing something wrong? thx

Comparing with Open Site Explorer

Hi, I am trying to compare a website that has a url of e.g. https://mysite.com on Open Site Explorer. Any idea how to do this? It will only compare it when I use www and it also doesn't accept https. So I am comparing www.mysite.com which has redirects on it https://mysite.com but I am worried it's not comparing the right stats? If this makes sense and you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

External Links through Open site explorer

I have just ran an Open site explorer query on our site due to having one of a constant ranking keywords drop, and found that we have 48 new links appear on the report under the anchor text 'home' These are not normal links, and I cannot see where or how these have been connected to our site for example: <colgroup span="1"><col span="1" width="696"></colgroup>

Will Open Site Explorer ever show number of links over time?

OSE is an amazing tool, but do you guys at SEOmoz have any plans to develop it so we can track numbers of links over time. I need to demonstrate to clients how the link building is going, and this would be a great quick report to see how many links you found on a given day, month, year, etc. A bit like magesticSEO backlink history graph, but better 🙂
