Adwords Keyword Research - Simplifying Process

So far here's my algorithm:
I will make an excel spreadsheet with all of our currently optimized keywords (about 300 I believe) I will grab all the keywords possible out of the adwords keyword tool I will merge the adwords keyword tool keywords with the 300 on the excel spreadsheet and erase the duplicates. I'll drop what's left over in exact match into a google adwords campaign I'll then use the + modifier with brand names and with two word keywords such as +brand +keywords +here Will this algorithm find all of the keywords, or am I missing something?

And consider using negative keywords, such as free, used, sucks, giveaway, refund, recall, etc. What type of people do you NOT want to show your ad to?

If you put in the more common matches people use, like in your example if you included "swiffer sweeper", that keyword would likely get a higher quality score than just "swiffer", so you'll get a better ad position, cheaper clicks, and higher impression share when people search using that query. So it still makes sense to build out a keyword list for a branded campaign, but including your brand term on its own as a phrase match like you gave above is still a good idea.

Just to make sure I understand what I've been reading right, if I want to cover all of the keywords with the brand name, for example, 'swiffer' in it, I would use phrase match:
"swiffer"

You'll want to group the keywords into different campaigns, and within those campaigns, different ad groups. It's important to group similar keywords into their own ad groups, so that you can have those keywords trigger relevant ad copy. Similar ad groups then should be grouped into campaigns.
For example, your branded keywords you'll want to keep in their own campaign, so you can easily see at a glance how your branded campaign is doing. For some of my branded terms, I like to have dynamic keyword insertion ads, so I have one ad group that covers that. For searches that misspell my company name, I have another ad group. For branded, I've found it works pretty well on mobile and tablets, even if you don't have a mobile optimized site. Device targeting is a campaign level setting, so you could change that just for your branded campaign without any issues.
I'm not sure what you're describing with your brand names using the "+" broad match modifier. Your keyword in your example would be "+brand +kw1+kw2"?
Keywords are always coming and going, so no algorithm is going to find all the keywords. What you have sounds like a good start though, and as you review reporting as time progresses, you'll find new opportunities, as well as new negative keywords.

Adwords disapproving ads with the word "Jewish"?
Hi guys, I do marketing for many nonprofits, and one of my clients is a Jewish women's organization. In the past week or so, Google has started disapproving ads and keywords that have the word "Jewish" in them. I know Facebook got called out recently for allowing people to target based on anti-Semitic sentiments, so I'm wondering if this is just Google's terrible execution of caution. It's telling me that keywords with the word "jewish" in them (like "jewish women's organization in boston" is derogatory or dangerous). I've asked for Google's help, and they've been incredibly slow to respond. Is anyone else facing this with other religions or content? Natalie

Do only paid adwords appear in google shopping
Does anyone know if we have to have a paid addwords campain for our products to appear in google shopping. We have a feed set up for google shopping. We have addwords campaigns running for google. But our products do not seem to appear in google shopping. Any advise on how to get them there?

Anyone Think AdWords Campaigns Hurt Organic CTRs, Decreasing Organic Rankings?
Hi All, It seems like just about everyone agrees that AdWords campaigns and SEO campaigns bring additional value when used in conjunction (increasing Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, etc.), but has anyone considered AdWords performance harming organic rankings by decreasing engagement metrics? I've been searching for studies, blog posts, investigations, etc. this morning and haven't been able to find anyone discussing this specific idea. Personally, I think decreased engagement for organic results would be relatively evenly distributed among those results, making engagement drops relative and thus nullifying their impact on rankings. Any other ideas out there? Thanks!

Changing Adwords campaign titles still mess up Analytics data?
Recently, Google announced an update in de Google Analytics Adwords integration that should wield out the ancient trouble caused by changing your campaign titles in Adwords. http://analytics.blogspot.nl/2013/07/new-adwords-integration-platform.html?utm_source=buffer&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Buffer&utm_content=buffer6bfb4 Two months have passed, but I still see double entries for the same campaign after a (minor) title change. Potential problems with multiple users of an adwords MCC
Morning all, I have had a query regarding granting access to an MCC account for people using various platforms. Now this a pretty specific query for an area outside my expertise, and conveniently both our PPC guys are on holiday so thought i would reach out to the community. Full request is this: "On the mcc I am slightly concerned about that, from experience I have run into problems especially with granting access for usage of API’s on an account, so if for example we wanted to use marin they would need access then another wanted to use adobe they would need another and if they are all sat under the SSM teams mcc that could be problematic or we would have to set up another." Right keywords for Design/Development Company.
Hello There. I was doing research on getting keywords that are likely to generate leads and later to customers for a new website design and website development company in India. The search volume for india wasnt pleasing for me i couldnt find the keywords that felt they would be a great choice for the client. Additionally when i tried to target the location specific keywords like website design company in ahmedabad - It felt more like people are searching for job and stuff through google instead of hiring them. So i need a little help here guys. Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account.
My client nor I received any warning. We even had a google adwords team optimize the account and my rep does not yet know the reason for the ban. Not sure if its related but their google organic rankings dropped significantly at the same time. https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=164786 Any advice here? Do these Questions get indexed by google? I will ask my client if I can disclose the domain. Is there any way around a permanent ban? They were spending 50K per month. Is this enough to have any clout?
