How should I promote my local service site?

I am in the process of promoting my local service site at http://winecountrycarpet.com and I was wondering what you guys would recommend? i have submitted to a lot of directories and get any backlink I can. I have also started writing articles and submitting them to sooper articles and Ezine articles, but I feel like I am doing something wrong. I am open to any suggestions.

how many visit do you have? is the bounce rate high?
First impression about your website - it's boring form marketing and human point of view. But frankly speaking when i did quick research in the Polish internet it looks almost the same.
Maybe first thing to do is to differentiate from competition. On that site my graphics designer used dog's muzzle to "good nose" for real estate searching - it's real estate agent site
Now many people don't remember the name of this agency but everybody remembers them as "that one with dog" http://www.salvanto.pl/Maybe it is not about SEo but the world does not begin and end with the SEO

Which site is gonna get most of the link juice?
site: a has PA of 25 , DA of 30 and has 1000 external links. site:b has PA of 5 , DA of 30 and has 5 external links i already know that high PA and DA matters but please explains in terms of those external links mentioned above, because i have heard if a page has a lot of ext links, the link juice will be given to all the external sites , ultimately juice will be divided.

I have read from an authorative source that you can duplicate your blog posts on your google plus account without issues as google knows that this is your 'property'. is this correct and what would be the value in doing so? until we have need sign posting new blog posts with a link. Ash

Targeting multiple geo locations with single site
I am working on a project for three countries , i have geotargeted the the root directory to one location , and 2 sub directories to the other 2 locations, its been more than a month but i dont see google acknowledging the same for the 2 sub directories while its has updated for root domain. Additional can you please share some tips for ranking a domain in gulf countries like UAE , saudi etc . because the regular stuff like directory submission doesnt seem to be working. Would really appreciate ya suggestions & ideas Thanks

30,746 Links from One Site to Our Site
I learned this morning in our Google Webmaster Account about a website has 30,746 links to our website. Both our website and their site present information related to plastic materials, so in essence they complement one another. However, is having that massive amount of links from one site to ours a bad thing and should we use Google Disavow? Also, they have a PR3 while our site is PR5 (not sure if that matters much).

Subdomain, Subdirectory or New Site?
Hi, we are currently exploring a new business sideline to our normal business (we are an emergency property & auto locksmith service). Our site has been established since 2005 (ish) - lockcity.co.uk The new sideline will also be another roadside emergency service but has nothing to do with keys/locks. In our marketing, we will be explaining that our new service is a trademark of Lock City, which will help customers understand why a Lock City van will be arriving. It doesn't make sense for us to have another page on the lock city web site to advertise this service, so wondered if you can recommend if I make a sub domain or create a new site? I understand that I am starting again with a new site, so the subdomain seems more favourable at the moment - but will this leak link juice from our existing business? Advice On Promoting A Hosting Site
hi, I hope some of you might be able to give me a few pointers here. A friend of mine has started a web hosting company in the UK. Not an affiliate but actually owns a data centre, Now he has a great deal of experience in running hosting in other countries but all his work came from large corporate companies and not from the net. The UK hosting he wants to promote from online sales as well. Now I know his site needs considerable work (http://www.cloudwebsters.co.uk) but I want to be able to give him some advice on the best ways to get started promoting his site. Obviously content is a key to success, but not sure how he can incorporate lots of content into the site as it is effectively e-commerce. Looking at sites such as UK2.net they have a lot of pages on the site but they are all minimal content. such as http://www.uk2.net/glossary/moreuk2/ which only has a couple of sentences on them. Is this really the way to go for the site, my feeling is no as it does not offer any real quality but your opinions are appreciated. Thanks Jenson

Any value in link building to local pages on my site?
If I'm trying to rank for the term 'wedding band' with my url: http://www.musicliveuk.com/home/wedding-bands will linking to local pages such as: http://www.musicliveuk.com/live-acts/hire-wedding-bands/wedding-bands-london help the main page to rank? I added the 'local' pages to try and pick up any traffic from long tail search queries but my main focus is on getting the main page to rank as the traffic from long tail queries is so small. So is it worth me spending time building links to these local pages in order to try and help the main page rank?

Local SEO: Citation Consistency
My company manages local SEO campaigns for local-service SMBs (e.g. plumbers, dentists). One of the things we do is claim and manage directory listings. To provide trackable results, we apply tracking phone numbers to the directory listings, but those phone numbers don't match the phone number listed on the client's site. So we have a problem from a citation consistency standpoint. On the one hand, we'd like everything to be consistent -- business name, address and phone number -- to achieve citation consistency. On the other hand, we want to prove the value of what we're doing by showing the client data from tracked phone calls. Can we provide best-practice Local SEO and Maps Optimization - and achieve citation consistency - even if we're introducing inconsistency by using tracking numbers?
