Need a contractor to create Wikipedia pages
-
Hey guys!
Can anyone recomend a good contractor to create/maintain Wikipedia pages?
We are in the publishing business and I want to create Wikipedia pages for our authors/products.
Need someone who has successfully created wikipedia pages before, can make basic research to find sources that wikipedia will consider reliable, has good academic writing skills and can start a debate in case they want to remove our article.
If anyone knows good contractors please recommend. Thanks!

Hello,
Go on Wikipedia, search for an article on the niche you want, check the article's history, verify who wrote the article, or who made important and valid changes, click on the user's name - check his wiki user page, if you are satisfied with his/her work leave him a message with your proposal.

Now that Google is no longer publicly displaying Page Rank updates, how will this effect Moz's ability to calculate DA and PA?
Hi, How much more important do you guys think that Moz's Page Authority and Domain Authority metrics are going to become now that Google has stopped giving people public access to a site or pages Page Rank? And how accurate is PA and DA as a measurement in comparison to Page Rank..so for example if I was seeking a guestposting opportunity and saw a site as having a PR of 4....if I now looked to Moz's Page and Domain Authority metrics instead...would that still give me equivalent information on the strength of that domain and thus make a judgement on whether it will be a worthy site for a guestpost.. I guess what I am asking is, how close is now looking at Moz's metrics (ie. a third party company) to the info on PageRank that was being updated by Google themselves? Also will the lack of updated public PR info from Google effect the ability for Moz to calculate PA and DA?? Look forward to your replies on this,

100's of versions of the same page. Is rel=canonical the solution???
Hi, I am currently working with an eCommerce site that has a goofy set up for their contact form. Basically, their are hundreds of "contact us" pages that look exactly the same but have different URLs and are used to help the store owner determine which product the user contacted them about. So almost every product has it's own "contact us" URL. The obvious solution is to do away with this set up but if that is not an option, would a rel=canonical tag linked back to the actually "contact us" page be a possible solution? Or is the canonical tag only used to show the difference between www vs non-www? Thanks!

What is the most current advice on editing your company Wikipedia page?
I've noticed a lot of incorrect and misleading information on our company Wikipedia page. Should we, as a company, be actively monitoring and updating this page when we spot factual errors. I realize wikipedia doesn't want marketeze or heavy PR on company pages, but those are the people that generally pay attention to wikipedia entries. Also, we certainly don't want to get penalized or cause any undue media attention from our edits. If possible can you also offer links to other sources rather than just opinion or personal experience, I'm having to present this to a large corporate board and want to be as detailed as possible. Thank you,

Google: 7 Results on First page now (Good or Bad)?
Hi, So what are your thoughts on only 7 results on the first page of a search? Looks like its only in play for brands at the moment with increased sitelinks for the first result. I actually really like it, looks a lot better and its easier to take the overall information in on the page. I hope they role this out onto more generic terms as well. Should mean a higher CTR for those who have 'made it' to the first page. I suppose Google will pickup on a higher CTR on the ads well.
