Order of keyword usage in URL

Hi,
I have been wondering for a few weeks if the order of keyword usage for a long tail keyword made a difference. Today I ran an on-page report here for a new page which is a review of a product.
The report warned about the keyword usage in URL which made me question my knowledge about this.
let's say the page is titled Razer Mouse Review
my URL is www.example.com/review/razer-mouse
I thought it was a bad idea to repeat the same word in a URL, that's why I categorized all my reviews under review directory and avoided using the word "review" more than once.
Should I modify this url and make it www.example.com/review/razer-mouse-review
Note: I see the report listed this under "moderate importance factors" and still gave the page A grade.

I will not change the current page URL's but try to use the exact match keywords in the URL's in the future.

Ideally you'll keep your URLs as short as possible, you'll notice SEOMoz does this here by limiting the Q&A section to the /q subfolder.
You also don't want to stuff keywords into your titles, URLs, or content.
However, www.example.com/review/razer-mouse-review is a far cry from keyword stuffing.
As far as the order goes, I believe that an exact match such as "razer-mouse-review" is slightly better than "review/razer-mouse" for someone searching "razer mouse review". Its a really minor difference though, to the point where the page with higher authority should always win in a match between those two. I wouldn't go through the trouble of changing those URL's and 301'ing them (which will cause you to lose a small amount of authority).

Difficulties in positiong a specific keyword
Hi, I am responsible for the blinds and curtains brand Kaaten and the its online store that operates in the Spanish market, during the last 6 months we have increasing substantially the traffic and improving the positioning of our main keywords (in most of the cases we postion right under Ikea and Leroy Merlin). However, there is a keyword that I cannot get to position, not even in the top 50 positions - that is the word "cortinas". I do not understand why is that happening as in a word like "estores" with similar monthly searches and competition we rank 3rd. Looking at the Home site and analysing both keywords the density is similar, so I do not see many differences there. I also cleaned up a bit the content to remove some "cortinas" keywords and thus avoid the keyword stuffing, but no results so far. Does any of you have any suggestion that what I can do to position better in that particular keyword? Look forward for your response and thanks for your help.

Link building with AddThis URL
We've begun using AddThis for tracking our social sharing. AddThis has been adding the snippet to the end of the URLs on our pages and we've been finding that people linking to us are linking to the URL with the snippet. AddThis says this isn't a problem for SEO. Is this correct? Here is an example: https://www.harborcompliance.com/information/how-to-start-a-non-profit-organization-in-colorado.php#.UunCfPldVig I want to make sure this is not affecting our SEO in any way, particularly that Google would see this as an affiliate or paid link since it has the "#". I may be crazy but I just want to make sure!

Keyword in Domain Name
Hello!My website is www.enchantingquotes.com. I also own the domain www.enchantingwallquotes.com,which forwards to my site. About 90% of my business comes from the keyword "wall quotes". Should I consider changing switching to the enchantingwallquotes.com domain and redirecting? And if I do, do I need to recreate the entire website or is there an easier way that I am overlooking? Is there actual risk to having multiple URLs that frame in main url? Or is it just bad form and waste of money?
Client has many urls that just frame in the main site. It seems like a total waste of money, but if they are frames, is there an actual risk?

Canonical Tag Pointing To The Same URL
Does it matter if a canonical tag points to the URL in which the tag is on? Example Page: http://www.domain.com Canonical tag: rel="canonical" href="http://www.domain.com" /> I only ask because a client of mine has a CMS that automatically does that to every page on the site and there's no way to remove it. Will this have a negative impact or does it not matter at all? Any insights would be great because I can't find a clear answer anywhere online. Thanks!

Re-write of url
Hi, I would like your input on the following dilemma I am wanting to target the keyword "download xml". at the moment Google indexes us on page 2 and indexes the page www.ourdomain.com/download.aspx I would like to rewrite the url to be /download-xml-editor.aspx The current page is a pr5 and is our most trafficked and externally inked to page. My thoughts are quite mixed on how to do this. approach 1: re-write url of "download.aspx" and setup permanent 301 redirect of download.aspx to download-xml-editor.aspx approach 2: create a new page called download-xml-editor and 301 redirect that to the current stronger page which is download.aspx approach 3: create new page called download-xml-editor with unique content and try and get that page to rank over time, allowing it to build up links and not compromise the current page, then later 301 redirect How would you deal with this and what are your recommendations

Slashes In Url's
If your cms has created two urls for the same piece of content that look like the following, www.domianname.com/stores and www.domianname.com/stores/, will this be seen as duplicate content by google? Your tools seem to pick it up as errors. Does one of the urls need 301 to the other to clear this up, or is it not a major problem? Thanks.
