Why has my site gone from 3rd to 21st in Google...HELP

Okay I stared my own web development business about 8 - 9 months ago and decided that I was going to target a small number of local keywords that were relevant to my business and geographical area.
So I decided to target the keywords below and and started to get good traffic, I never have bought links and have not copied any content although I know i should try and add more content to my website.

However recently my website has dropped massively in the SERP's and wanted to know what has caused this (i know Penguin) and what I can do to improve. I have listed below my rankings to show you the drop:

I decided to change my homepage Page Title a week ago to make sound less spammy but this has made no difference and wanted some help on what has happened so i do not do this again and what I can do to improve.

Thank you for getting back to me all help is great.
The other site in question (www.nothampton-websitedesign.co.uk) is owned by me, I have created but have not done anything with the to date. My plan was once I was ranking well for the Milton Keynes site then I would start on this site, adding all new content etc.
I think I will remove all the content from the Northampton website until I am ready to work on this.
With regards to SEO chat thanks, I was not aware of all the comments. I read one comment which was not very nice so decided not to go back. I shall now read all the posts.

I never have bought links and have not copied any content although I know i should try and add more content to my website.
Probably a good idea to read both of the blog posts below and follow your own advice on duplicate content. (these are just two examples). You might be cutting your own throat....

You have not used enough anchor text keyword variation. You were hit by Penguin. I ran a report on Open SIte Explorer (seoMOZ tool) and it seems like you're over optimizing your target keywords.
You can go for these keywords but you should not be so obvious. The goal is to help the user without the search engine. However, its always good to know the search engine law.

Can Google read this code?
I'm working on some basic on-page SEO content for a website within my company and I need some guidance as far as 1. whether Google can read the small amount of existing text (not optimized) and if it isn't spiderable, then 2. what code should be there instead. Site not showing up in Google search since move
Hi, hoping someone might help me with some answer(s) as to why our site no longer shows up in Google search results. Even when we type the full name and city into Google, the site is absent. Our Facebook page, LinkedIn and some backlinks show, but our site is missing. I can no longer find it in Google places. I'm sure I've done something wrong since moving from a static (flash-based) site to Wordpress. But the robots.txt file looks okay to me and the sitemap.xml file is present. Anyway, this is what happens when you ask a network technician handle website design... We know just enough to be dangerous! Only homepage in Google
Hello SEOmozzers, A colleague of mine started up a site here: www.wikiboedel.nl. Sadly only the homepage is indexed in Google. It's a wordpress install. Robots.txt seems fine, all pages are on index and follow. Can't see why only the home is indexed in Google. Do you know whats going wrong? Please tell me. Tank you.
