It have nothing to do with links but as a whole if you are going to create one piece of content and add that on several places what is going to happen as a whole? You are creating multiple new spots that contain same content.
Google crawls the web and when found 1 piece of content on several different locations the worth of content go down and link didn’t really help you… in some cases link harm your overall reputation.
It is always a best practice to add 1 article on one place only in order to maintain the value of the content. As far as the article directories in specific are concern I would personally recommend you not to spend too much time on this as it contain a very little link value and instead focus on Guest blogging that contain huge return on investment.

Buna (Hi) Cirpian,
You should definitely post it only and only once.
Uniqueness became very important nowadays.
But to make it easier for you I can suggest something else: you can write 10 different 'bullet points' for a topic (consistent paragraphs for each bullet point), a few different introductions and closings.
When you have this randomly chose one introduction, one closing and only 5 bullet points.
This should get you a few unique articles on a specific topic.

To clarify, can I write 4-5 articles and post them in hundreds of places each with a link back or is the duplicate content going to cancel out any benefit?
Should each article only be posted once or is there a sweet number of postings that are acceptable like 5-6?

DA of External Link Sites
Curious as to how you separate a "good" link from a "bad" one. I go through Open Site Explorer and see a variety of sites linking to our page. Some have good Domain/Page Authority and others do not. When looking for links, where do you determine whether a link from a specific page will help/hurt you in terms of their DA/PA? Translated another way: How much DA/PA does a site/page need to have before you decide it will pass good link juice to yours via a link?

Bought links from sites with target keyword in their URL
One of my rivals in a competitive field (real estate) has done this deliberately and extensively -- it accounts for about 2/3 of his inbound links. Result: he's now #1. How strong a ranking factor is keywords in source URL - ie, how easy is it to beat with other ranking factors?

Creative link building ideas for law sites
I have a client who does not actively participate in the content writing or resource providing part of optimization or link building. I want to build some more links to the site outside of content spreading and guest blogging. I have read a lot of the recent articles on creative ways to build links but feel that most would not apply to this kind of site. Any ideas on creative link building methods for a law services info site?

Back-link Quantity
Hi there, I am writing a post for a well respected blog in our industry. I'm debating on either to target 1 key-phrase in this post with an external back-link, or to go target 2-3 back-links in the post. Just a few questions on this: Would including 1 external back link be more beneficial than having 2 or 3 external back-links in the post? Kind Regards
