From my understanding its best to get likes on a website rather then from within the Facebook page for SEO purposes.

What is better to set up a photo gallery with a like button on each image so that every URL gets liked separately for each image or having a like button for the entire gallery.

10 likes on one page or 1 like on 10 pages?

Personal opinion. - likes per photograph is far, far better for UX.

Can I verify a Facebook Page with 28k+ likes on it?

Hi there, I want to get the Facebook page of a fashion blogger verified. This blogger has around 28,510 likes on her facebook book at the moment, can this Facebook page be verified? The blogger has been trying to get the FB page verification done for a long time without any luck. Now the blogger wants me to verify her Facebook page. How do I go about the process? It will be great if you can share a step by step process. And how long will it take to get the page verified? Also, I need to get this done soon, so a quick response will be appreciated. Having trouble removing certain photos from our Google plus?

I have a client that has images appearing on their on their Google+ profile that they don't want. They are not user uploaded images....but images being uploaded via Google maps and other sources. There is no readily available "delete" option for these particular photos. Google provided this article about dealing with these photos https://support.google.com/business/answer/6130451?hl=en&ref_topic=6130059. It turns out we have to "flag" this photos to get them removed. We can just take them off the Google+ profile. Does anybody know a work around for this? We don't want to wait weeks or months for Google to manually remove these photos.

Facebook 'SEO', Likes and Fans

I spent a bit of time this morning combing Google looking for some documentation on SEO for Facebook, specifically the value of 'likes', when liking one's status, how that effects the visibility of a given post and basically the criteria for creating whatever they deem a post to have gone 'viral'. I'm convinced there has to be some answers for my first two questions... ....somewhere. Likewise, I can appreciate if there's nothing available to answer my third question pertaining to 'viral criteria'. Nevertheless, if anyone has any resources/documentation that could provide me some insight into how FB interprets 'likes', how an increased number of 'likes' may lead to greater visibility and (more or less) the mechanics of how this interacts with the entire Facebook structure, I would greatly appreciate it. Facebooking and Liking - Whis is best SEO practice for Rankings

Hi everyone! , i am a rookie with SEO. I have a very specific question for which i would love to hear your opinions on this. I have a facebook fan page about my company. We try to post quality stuff in regard to the industry we are in. However, we are social people, and i have seen improvements whenever we post more "social" topics such as TGIF, Photos, DIY themes. My question is (Actually two questions) : Is there a direct correlation or metric between rankings and "likes", the size of your facebook community ? If so, which has more power or effect on rankings. Facebook Likes generated from your website , or General Likes of posts within your existing community. Hope to hear from ya! I have a client involved in a FB like for a like scheme. This sounds unethical to me and likely against FB rules. Anyone know about this?

So they recently made me an administrator so I can add links to articles and other optimization information but they appear to be paying another agency to engage in like for a like campaign. I am very uncomfortable with it. I started noticing these weird messages from other folks on FB saying things like "I liked you page now check out mine and like it back." What are your thoughts?
