For my new campaign I need to set up an engine Yahoo for UAE. But I cant find anything related to UAE or Arab Countries in the dropdown for engines.

In Bing there is a target for "Arabian Countries"

Is Yahoo & Bing giving the same search results?

Yes bing and yahoo gives almost identical results. Select Arabian countires in Bing and you should be ok.

Wild Fluctuations With Yahoo/Bing Moz Report

Whenever I get my weekly custom report, I usually see steady but moderate gains in Google or slight drops 1 to 3 spots. But, with Yahoo/Bing it's just crazy. +25 here, -47 here, etc, etc. Also, we even have keywords that we rank in the top 3 on with google, but not the top 50 with Bing or Yahoo. Not sure how that's possible. Nor do I understand how if Bing powers Yahoo, how we can have reports that show a dramatic increase (or decline) in Bing, but the opposite in Yahoo. Granted, not all the rankings are like that for Bing and Yahoo, but there are so many discrepancies, I'm starting to wonder if it's a software problem or something. Does this happen to anyone else? Massive Rank Changes in Bing/Yahoo Only - What's up w/ Rank Tracker?

I'll be honest, it's pretty shameful how little attention I give Bing and Yahoo. But something recently caught my eye - I have a client who according to rank tracker is all over the place in yahoo/bing...up 20 positions for some kw's, down 12 for others...meanwhile Google's holding steady, and Google data seems mostly accurate - with one exception of showing 46th position for an exact match branded search that they're #1 for. I know Rank Tracker has been going through some fine tuning, right? I don't manually check Yahoo/Bing - I can't imagine those #'s are accurate though. Am I right to assume it's incorrect data? Just curious, any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks

Anyone using Yahoo Small Business? Not sure if SEOmoz works with YahooSB

I am not sure if SEOmoz is compatible with Yahoo Small Business. The crawl states that the title page is too long for over a hundred titles, but they are not. SEOmoz is taking the title page and the parent or catagory page and grouping together. Please only respond if you work SEO for Yahoo Small Business accounts. Would be glad to take discussion thread off line or show the SEOmoz report.

I know our business listed in Yahoo and medranks.com (for example). But my open site explorer report doesn't show those. however on their sites, I see the listing. Why is this?

I know our business listed in Yahoo and medranks.com (for example). But my open site explorer report doesn't show those links on the inbound report. however on their respective sites, I see the listing when I search for us. And the link does work..... Why is this? Why don't I see it on the open site report?

What is the difference between Google Great Britain and Google United Kingdom in the keyword analysis tool? I had always expected Google United Kingdom to mean google.co.uk but now I am not so sure...?

Why does Open Site Explorer show less inbound links than yahoo site Explorer?

Hello, We have a question regarding inbound link measurement. We used to measure our inbound links with yahoo site explorer. Now that it's been shut down we use opensiteexplorer.org. However, Open Site Explorer only shows a fraction of inbound links compared to yahoo site explorer. For our website www.theprintspace.co.uk yahoo site explorer measured approx. 14,000 inbound links, whereas open Site Explorer only counts approx. 3,000. This is more than 10,000 links less. For our other website www.theprintspace.de Open Site Explorer also shows 3000 links less than Yahoo. How can this be? Does Open Site Explorer count the links in a different way to Yahoo? Please explain. It would be great if you could help us with this. Thank you!

Is there any alternatives to Yahoo Site Explorer?

Hi, Is there any alternatives to Yahoo Site Explorer? I want to find backlinks of some unavailable pages and YSE was a great tool to deal with. But when I used tools like Open Site Explorer, ahrefs.com etc., I couldn't find one same like YSE. Because when I tried, it shows'No data available for this URL' where on YSE I found inbound links. What Alternatives Are There? thanks in advance!

Why do I see different ranking results for Bing and Yahoo?

If Bing is running the Yahoo search results then it seems to me the ranks for both Bing and Yahoo should be the same. So why are my SEOmoz ranking reports showing different positions for each?
