How do you get a Google+ pic in your SERP snippet

Hi from from 20 degrees C 83% humidity wetherby UK
A few weeks back i decided i needed to get my pretty face appearing in my serps for www.davidclick.com But after having set up a Gppgle+ account and linking my site to the Google+ account i think I may have done something wrong
I linked to the Google+ page via a footer link in www.davidclick.com but alas I'm not able to get my face in my SERP which this website has:

So my question is please - "How do you get your Google+ account image to appear in the SERPS.

Many ways to do this right, but the most straightforward is this...
1. Create an about page on your site. From that page, link to your Google+ profile with a "rel=me" link.
2. On all your other pages, link to your about page with a "rel=author" link.
3. Add your site to the "contributor to" section on Google+
4. Celebrate that you now are participating in the largest reciprocal link building scheme since the internet was started. Who knew Google was allowed to violate its own Webmaster Guidelines?

What platform are you using for your site? And from what you showed, it doesn't seem to be a Google+ related picture, more like author picture.
Just decided to search this up and this is a good way to do it.

Google indexing is slowing down?
I have up to 20 million unique pages, and so far I've only submitted about 30k of them on my sitemap. We had a few load related errors during googles initial visits, and it thought some were duplicates, but we fixed all that. We haven't gotten a crawl related error for 2 weeks now. Google appears to be indexing fewer and fewer urls every time it visits. Any ideas why? I am not sure how to get all our pages indexed if its going to operate like this... love some help thanks! "Cookies are required to access this site" in Google Serp?
One of my clients is having an issue where their Google search result title and description are just showing "Cookies are required to access this site." instead of the actual meta values. The problem is only in Google as Yahoo and Bing seem to be fine. You can see in the image below or by running a search your self for "be well bodyworks longmont" I've never seen anything like it and couldn't find any reference to anyone else having this issue... I would very much appreciate any insight as to what is going on. Thanks! c5PGL

Homepage is deindexed in Google
We recently noticed that our primary page was de-indexed in Google. When looking in google search console there are no manual actions taken. We did add a few new banners to the site but I have no idea why this would have negatively affected that site. I did add a new page called https://enleaf.com/company/testimonials/ that had some duplicate testimonials that were also on the home page but have since removed that. Not sure where to go from here.

Do Sitespect links get indexed?
I put a link on one of my websites using sitespect because the next release is not for a few weeks. The reason for the link is to pass domain authority (SEO Juice) to the linked site. In my next release I will add the link in the actual code, but am hoping that from now till then google will crawl and index this link. Duplicate Homepage In Google
Hi Just found through my SEO dashboard, Google has two versions of the same homepage, the root page, plus the index.html page, causing duplicate content from both the pages. what is the best option to ensure google only have 1 version of the homepage listed?

How does Google determine freshness of content?
With the changes in the Google algorithm emphasizing freshness of content, I was wondering how they determine freshness and what constitutes new content. For instance, if I write a major update to a story I published last July, is the amended story fresh? Is there anything I can do in addition to publishing brand new content to make Google sure they see all my new content?

Hello, people! I have some questions regarding on Google spider. Many people are saying that "Google spiders only have US IP address." Is this really true? But I also saw video from Google's offical blog and it said "Google spider come from all around the world." At this point I am really confused.
