Does the feature "Competitive Domain Analysis " include subdomains?

Hey guys,

I have set our domain as www.domain.com at the campaign settings, but i'm not sure if the link analysis ("Competitive Domain Analysis") does include subdomains?

Does anybody know this?

Root domain when setting up your campaign means all domains under domain.com

If you chose root domain then reports should show data for subdomains as well

yes, root domain means set the domain name with www.*.com, or? not *.com

It depends how you set up your campaigns, you need to set up as a root domain

Subdomain with higher domain authority vs. ccTLD with lower domain authority

Our website is active in many countries and we are considering if it is worth it to switch from ccTLD to subdomains.The reason is that our company.com domain has a domain authority of 65 and some of the ccTLD's like company.fr and company.de etc have a domain authority of 30. From what I have read, moving these to a subdomain structure like fr.company.com and de.company.com will give them all the same domain authority (of 65 vs 30) which is considerably higher. 1. Would a subdomain with domain authority 65 rank better than a ccTLD with authority 30 (considering all else is the same)? 2. When we 301 redirect all ccTLD's to the subdomains, will our domain authority increase (to more than 65) for company.com, given that it can benefit from all redirected links to our ccTLD's? Empty href damages SEO? (href="#")

Hello, I'm analyzing a website with thousands of pages.
I realized that on many of them they have empty links such href="#". I wonder if that will cause any SEO damage, or if Google will just ignore it as there isn't any link? I was reading about it and people seems to not be sure, although they recommend on forums to user the CSS pointer clickable instead of empty link. Let me know your opinion on this please! Domain Authority

I am very new to SEO. I've built a dog grooming website for a business that my wife and I have established. www.petsalonbarkavenue.com When I try and check the metrics out, it keeps showing I have a 1 on page authority, and a 1 on domain authority. When I check a competitors site, they have certain anchor text that Moz has identified. I am pretty certain that our business is listed on the same directory as this competitor, yet Moz doesn't identify my site's anchor text. Am I doing something wrong? or is my site so new, that Moz hasn't been able to find it? Craig

Why don't some external links "count"?

A car-dealer client advertises through DexKnows, and the entry includes a link to the client's website. That link is not listed as a linking domain through OpenSite Explorer for the client's site. A competing car dealer also advertises through DexKnows, but that link is counted as a linking domain for the competitor. Why the difference? (I'm new and still learning -- linkbuilding appears to be my weakness.) Thank you!

Anyone have Free Directories with High Domain Authority they'd like to share?

I was just curious if anyone had any directories they'd like to share that carry high Domain Authority(imo: 70+)? I know about dmoz.org and Pegasus but other than that, none. Thanks.

How is it a root domain can have a high mozrank but a low DA?

I know a site that has a DA51 but the mozrank is like 5.95 I thought the same components made up those rankings? Can someone explain the difference?
