I'm SEOMOZ PRO user and I want to know which pages of other website are ranking on top on Google, Yahoo, Bing, ecc... with relative position (rank).

Is there a features of SEOMOZ for it?

It all depends on your keywords generate a keyword list and create a campaign

Is there an SEO benefit to purchasing domains for a website?

Greetings Mozzers, I wanted to see if someone could clarify the power of domains for me a bit. Is there an SEO benefit in purchasing fresh domains for a specific website? Something that would effect certain metrics like parking keyword domains to pages that target that keyword? I'm not talking about buying pre-existing domains that have value and are for sale. I'm talking about newly registered domains. Thanks for any advice/clarification.

One client - 2 domains / same business - good or bad idea?

This is a follow up to a previous question actually: My client has one domain that has 'hardwood flooring' in it and one that has 'concrete polishing' in it - both services they offer. **Would it be wise (for seo purposes) to have them both point to ONE domain (more general of course) ** **- They only have a few local competitors that aren't doing anything to rank well. ** **- They aren't trying to rank nationally. ** If the smart thing to do is to have them point to one (more general) domain using a 301 direct will there traffic drop significantly? (at least for a short time) Does it matter if they continue to keep the existing domains they are using now on their literature, business cards, etc. and let them continue pointing to the new domain or should they really start promoting the new domain name? (They do NOT want to do this). My only concern is saving them time and money by not having to build links, submit articles, social media, on and on for two different sites OK, that's like 3 questions Thank you VERY much for any thoughts or opinions on the matter! 🙂 Have a great week everybody! Trying to understand the sporadic and not relevant search results from Google?

Trying to understand the sporadic search results from Google I have been searching for answers to my situation for two
months now with little results. I have had numerous answers and various
solutions to the issue, and I have followed through with them trying to solve
this problem but the results are the same. Beginning in late April our SERP went down drastically. I
have checked and cleaned the website of any errors and issues that I can find with
no change in the results. I have submitted a request to Google to be
reconsidered and have been told now three times that we are not being manually

Best methodology for creating local keywords when Google has no data?

Generally I'll look at data for specific geographical searches and incorporate the data from the other keywords, then track the metrics. I think there is likely a more efficient system but I'm not sure where to start.

Site in top 3 with a 1-day old domain and no backlinks

Hi everyone, I'm trying to understand some searchresults, when searching in the netherlands for 'online casino':
http://www.google.nl/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=online+casino&pws=0 You'll see as position 3 result this website: http://bit.ly/qhRsUT, it's obviously that this site is there because of blackhat. But how did it come there such high for a keyword with high competition? I don't see anything wrong in the website? It's not like Google did something wrong, because it happened already a few times for this keyword with different domains from that owner. Regards, Yannick

Can't Grasp Why Pages rank Higher?

The first result "Bankruptcy on IRS" is the search term. Why does the first url rank higher in google. The second one, the IRS.gov page beats them in PA, DA root domains links. The title meta has bankruptcy near the front. unclefed does have the IRS keyword in the title, but an I missing something here? What are the other factors, that are most obvious. Sure one can have bad links, and other negative criteria, but these are pretty decent sites that probably don't engage in much in seo, let alone bad SEO. Sure link text and mix of links can help, but am I missing something here? Actually what I think I really need IS A CHECKLIST OF WHAT TO CHECK IN WHAT ORDER WHEN COMPARING WHY ONE PAGE RANKS BETTER THAN ANOTHER. Appreciate all discussions. Multiple links from Dmoz/Google directories worldwide

I came across www.soundandvision.com and did a Link Analysis on them.... http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/www.soundandvision.com/a!links I noticed that the top links they have are from Google directories or Google IP's. How has this happened? I am listed in Dmoz in the UK does this mean I have automatically appeared around the world. Dmoz is pretty strict about rejecting links how can a company be listed so much? Is this a good practise? Cheers
