About buy broken links...

I found some web adress that are not online anymore.. but when I open these adresses on open site explorer I can see links and page athority for these domains...
PA 41 and DA 29
My question is... Can I buy these adress and using their page and rank juice to my website? Because they are avaliable...
All these domains are from my country and LTD
What can I do...?

Honestly, I would not do either one, unless my business can take the risk. If it can, then a 301 is better here, but then with a substantial risk. Not recommended.

This is a bad idea, the practice has been around for a while and Google is wise to it. OSE and Google don't use the same indexes, and OSE can be up to 1 month out of date at any time.
The links or 301's will not count in Google's eyes, so I wouldn't recommend it at all.

But in that case... what option is better...
Buy the domains and make a 301 or create one simple page in that domain with "keywords" to my money website...?

Technically, yes you could do it. However, here are some things to keep in mind:
1. In most cases, you will see that the domain expired, went to redemption, got deleted and then nobody else has bought it...yet. In these cases, usually the power of the domain is lost to a great extent, although not 100%. It's tricky.
2. Consider #1, since all the value is not lost, you could do this, but then are you planning to do this for 1-2 domains or 100-200 domains ? Where do you draw the line. Because technically, the question then becomes of 301'ing that old/expired/reregistered domain to your website. If you do it 1-2 times, it might be okay, but then if this becomes your primary link building technique or a big (un-natural) percentage of your backlinks, it will be nothing but trouble. Hi, I got: "Unnatural Links To Your Site — Impacts Links Google has detected a pattern of unnatural artificial, deceptive, or manipulative links pointing to pages on this site. Some links may be outside of the webmaster’s control, so for this incident we are taking targeted action on the unnatural links instead of on the site’s ranking as a whole. " I don't see any dropping at rankings, could the best solution here to be, just to leave everything as it is and be more careful with the link building in the future? Or is there a danger that Google gives further penalties if I don't act on this one do something? I am little afraid that if I start removing links, my rankings will drop, even though they have remained same if don't do anything? Any help is appreciated.

Spammy links
Hi Guys, I have a case which seems to occur more often for our customers. The websites of our customers seem to receive tons of backlinks from websites all over the world (China, Russia, Ukrain, etc). It’s spam we never asked for, we didn’t buy any dodgy linkbuilding packages or anything. Do any of you guys have experience with this matter? We try to disavow the links but it takes too much time and we will never manage to disavow 100% of all links. Examples are www.keukensduitsland.nl and www.m2beveiliging.nl Hope anyone has experience and maybe even solutions for this matter. Thanks!

When pitching a whitepaper as Push Content for Link Building, is it ok to give the person I'm pitching a link to a landing page with a form on it?
When pitching a whitepaper as Push Content for Link Building (i.e. pushing out content that my client has created), is it ok to give the person I'm pitching a link to a landing page with a form on it? Or should I create a landing page with the whitepaper included on it? I’m not sure if the client will be ok with this b/c I know they use the whitepaper for sales purposes to gain leads. For example, my pitch email would include a line such as this, "the whitepaper can be found at LINK and I'd love if you could share it with your readers." I think it may be weird/a little wrong to ask a webmaster to include a link on his site to a landing page with a form to get the whitepaper. Does this make sense? What have others done with whitepapers as Push Content for link building?

Is there a software to help me check whether the sites that i give link to, also place my link on their site (reciprocal link)?
When i exchange links with others, i usually put their link on my site hoping that they'll do the same. Since it's impossible to check all sites whose link i have placed on my page to see if they have put a link back to me, i was wondering whether there is a kind of software to help me do that!

Hi there, I have been guest posting on blogs trying to build some back-links into my website, which so far is going not too bad, however I was wondering when writing these guest posts should I limit my post to let's say 2 back-links per guest post?
