Why is my domain authority 1?

Hello all,
I have my own MMA news website which I started almost two years ago. After getting a Seomoz account I noticed that my domain authority for this website (www.mmaplanet.nl) is 1! All my other websites have 'normal' domain authority.
Does someone know what might be the problem here?

Hi, My domain authority is also 1 no matter www or non-www. My domain is http://autoproject.com.au/. Can you guys please help?

Exactly, OSE refers to an unique URL, and the version without "www" its another one

You probably omitted the "www" prefix. (Without the prefix, OSE says DA = 1).
I searched first with the "www" and came up with the same numbers as Dana.

I just checked your site in OSE and I see a domain authority of 28. Where did you see the 1?

Does the number of people who click on a link to your site from another domain influence your domain authority?
Say you have a link to your site on the BBC, is it the fact that you're being linked to from a domain of very high authority that boost your own domain authority or is it dependent on how many people actually click on your link from that site? Any insights much appreciated!

Massive Jump In Competitor Domain Authority In 1 year...How?!
We have noticed a competitor of one of our clients has leapfrogged massively in terms of their Domain Authority, Links, actually pretty much everything in the space of a year. We have been working diligently with our client building up a solid seo strategy based on content and organic link backs, but we're at a loss of how to try and explain the gains by the competitor over them. Better to redirect domain or to link from home page?
Hi, I have a niche directory and sometimes clients remove themselves because they have discontinued their business practice. If they sometimes provide me with their own website (as they will no longer use it either), is it wiser for me to: a) directly point their URL 301 to my own directory b) keep their website as is, and add a url link to my directory in their homepage c) keep their website as is, and add an anchored link with the industry keyword to my directory Thanks! Should I find a way to archive high authority product pages for an e-commerce site?
One of the sites that I work on has a high turnover of products as it sells cutting-edge technology products that quickly become outdated. For each product it is important to build a strong link profile as the competition is very high. I am therefore reluctant to remove pages once products have been discontinued (typically after 6-12 months). However, I do not want discontinued products to appear alongside the latest products as this will hinder the customer experience. Is it worth me finding a way to archive the old products, so as to maintain the links that have been built up?

Minimum desired for Domain Authority and Page Authority
I see messages and threads talking about the less importance on PageRank and more importance on Domain Authority and Page Authority. As I work on our link building, do I steer away from low DA and PA websites? If so, whats the minimum threshold I should stay away from? If I see a site that has a Domain Authority as low as 9 - is that the minimum? What is? What do you think?
