Hi Huey
I am agree with Ben's answer 301 redirection is best way to solve this problem. It was happen because your website might be open with or without www. so this code will help you in sticking one domain.
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !www.plugnbuy.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.plugnbuy.com/$1 [L,R=301]
Write this code in .htaccess file and upload this file in your FTP Server.
After applying this code you have to set preferred same domain via Configuration setting in Google webmaster tool.

Hi Huey, if you look around for "canonical URLs" you should get a lot of information advising you how to do this.
The easiest way to do this is with a 301 redirect via a .htaccess file. This can sort both the non www. and the /index.php issues.
-
You will also need a redirect for index.php (or index.html or index.aspx) to www.plugnbuy.com.
Your site has not yet launched, so you don't need to panic yet.
-
1. When you change that setting in GWT, it takes a while to have an effect.
2. You also need to implement a 301 redirect so that plugnbuy.com redirects to www.plugnbuy.com.

How long does Google/Bing take to index
Hello we have 2-3 new pages being submitted every night to google/bing via our sitemap. Two issues I am noticing. Wondering if anyone else has same issues. a) 22 URL submitted via sitemap but only 1 indexed in two weeks. there are no errors showing b) If i submit manually using "Fetch As Google" and request indexing - the page gets indexed right way but after a day it seems to be unindexed - it will show up when i search (site:domain.com) but then disappear from the results doing the same search a few days later. Is this normal or do i have a problem that needs addressing? thank you

What are best options for website built with navigation drop-down menus in JavaScript, to get those menus indexed by Google?
This concerns f5.com, a large website with navigation menus that drop down when hovered over. The sub nav items (example: “DDoS Protection”) are not cached by Google and therefore do not distribute internal links properly to help those sub-pages rank well. Best option naturally is to change the nav menus from JS to CSS but barring that, is there another option? Will Schema SiteNavigationElement work as an alternate?

Hi all, Google is indexing a URL on my site that doesn't exist, and never existed in the past. The URL is completely made up. Anyone know why this is happening and more importantly how to get rid of it. Thanks 🙂

Google Disavow Tool
Some background: My rankings have been wildly fluctuating for the past few months for no apparent reason. When I inquired about this, many people said that even though I haven't received any penalty notice, I was probably affected by penguin. (http://moz.com/community/q/ranking-fluctuations) I recently did a link detox by LinkRemovalTools and it gave me a list of all my links, 2% were toxic and 51% were suspiscious. Should I simply disavow the 2%? There are many sites where is no contact info.

How do I redirect non-www to www in IIS?
There is a lot of talk about this all over this site (and other's), but just about every solution mentions using the .htaccess file, which is only a solution for Apache. My sites are in a shared windows environment, so that won't work for me. I have access to the IIS manager for the server, and have several page-level redirects in place. My issue is that I cannot find a clear and easy way to re-direct my root (domain.com) domain, to my preferred specific domain (www.domain.com). I found a few articles online relating to a URL re-write module for IIS, but am not sure if I will be able to install that on a shared web server. Is there another way to accomplish my goal of not having 2 indexable versions of my site? I have rel-canonical tags on every page, but would prefer a more trustworthy and established solution. Thanks for any help you can offer. -Dave
