Can someone tell me what ∞% trending upward in my keyword report means?

Infinitely greater than 0. The range is a percentage. Any number greater than 0 is, percentage-wise, infinitely greater than 0.
Forgetting the keyword report for a second, an increase from 1 to 2 is a 100% increase. But an increase from 0 to 1 is an infinite percentage because 0 is nothing where 1 is something. Something is infinitely more than nothing.

Infinitely greater than or less than what? In other words, what is the range of possible values? Fractional?

This means that you were basically invisible or non-existent with that keyword prior, but now you have some visibility which is mathematically infinitely greater than zero.

The change % represents the difference in visibility for the keyword you have tracked in the report.

The other day I used Rank Tracker form SEO PowerSuite and SEO small tools ranking checker http://smallseotools.com/keyword-position/ to check a keyword ranking. Both said that my clients keyword is not in top 50, but when I used Rank Tracker from Moz.com it showed that my client's keyword ranks #30 ! What's the tool that works for you all the time and is 100% reliable?

Google Adword Keyword Planner
Previously I always utilsed the Google Adword Keyword Tool to provide traffic estimations in order to assist with my keyword research. I have recently revised these levels of traffic using the new Keyword Planner. Local Traffic results are approximately have fallen approximately 85%, I have anaylsed this over approximately 50 results. I am aware that the new Keyword Planner does not have a local traffic column anymore so I have utilised the location filter. I have the same problem in all my campaigns, in two different countries, please can someone advise why this is and how I can collect accurate keyword data. Kind regards

Way of including Keyword into content
Hi all! My website is that of a large 7 bedroom luxury villa in Barbados (www.bruadair.com). Now, I am having problems understanding how i can include my targeted keywords in to my content without it looking unnatural and disrupting the quality of the content. I wish to use the keyword phrase 'Large luxury villa in Barbados' however including this directly into on-page elements seems to look unnatural. My current content on my home page is as follows 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa situated on the prestigious Platinum West Coast of Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away' I want to rank for this keyword however changing to 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa in Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away' degrades the quality of the content... is there anyway i can get round this issue? Is there any value to meta keywords?
The more I read the more I realize that meta keywords are not as helpful as they once were. Is there any SEO value to meta keywords anymore or should the emphasis be put on the content and title tags in regards to keywords? As always, I appreciate any feedback.

Ranking Reports for New Keywords
I added new keywords to my campaign. They do appear in my ranking report. But I am not getting any ranking data on the new keywords. It looks like they are yet to be crawled. For my initial set of keywords, i see the specific rankings in each search engine and for some it says "not in the top 50." For the new ones all I see are zeros. Will the ranking data eventually appear?

Location-based Keyword Targeting
We are located in Denver, Colorado. I want the majority of the site to be focused on Denver keyword terms but I also think we should branch out to other cities around Denver, as well as around the keyword "Colorado." What's an appropriate way to do this? I've seen site that have a page for every city in the area but it looks terrible and doesn't really fit into the site. How do I cross link to these new city pages (I don't want them in the main navigation)?
