Is there a tool I can use to check backlink profiles against each other

Hi,
Does anyone know of a tool where I can compare 2 (or more) backlink profiles to check common linking domains.
It is one of those things that I know I have seen somewhere before but cant remember for the life of me where!

Sure,
Ontolo does this fairly well with data from OpenSiteExplorer. It is also possible to do it with excel &vlookups, this will probably be the only option that won't cost you more $$. The domain comparison is an often overlooked little trick, even SEO Elite included this comparison view back when we were all pulling links from Yahoo's index.
If you run the clique hunter in MajesticSEO, you'll even get a pretty little bubble chart though

How to get rid of bad backlinks
So I noticed my rankings going down and spam score going up. So under my spam score there are over 100 links for different websites but ALL redirect to semalt.com I researched it and it says they hijacked a bunched of backlinks but don't know much more. How can I get rid of all those backlinks? I was told I could use the disavow tool but apparently that can hurt my ranking as well. The semalt.com site has no backlink to me - it looks like the pages that have/had my backlinks, they've redirected to them. How to make a wrong link profile right
Hello Moz, I want to do SEO a website that is 2 years old and in a different language from English. That website has a very wrong link profile. It has totally about 1500 inbound links and 90% of these inbound links are to home page. Also somewhat of these inbound links are from low quality web sites that have less than 80 inbound links. I think that I can follow 2 strategies to solve this link building problem. First strategy is only link building to internal pages till inbound links to internal pages reach about 80% of total inbound links. Â Second strategy is disavowing low quality inbound links to homepage and link building to internal pages till again same condition occurs. I think if I only implement link building, I have to produce a large number of content. But if I disavow many inbound links, will I encounter a sharply lose in rankings? If you have a different idea to solve this problem, I will be glad to hear. Also I wonder that if I follow these strategies, how fast I have to implement these? Thanks in advance for your interest.

How long for backlinks to kick in?
Lets say you do a guest post, Google indexes the article which must mean it has found the link back. Would you expect to see movement straight away? Some of my latest guest posts (in the last week) have been indexed but have shown no movement at all, but when I check WMT for links coming in they are not in the list so im guessing they have not taken full effect?
