Should "white label" sites have a unique template

I am planning on launching white label sites for my company.
Obviously they will have unique/valuable content.
Is it important for them to have unique IP addresses and/or design templates?
If yes - why?

1. A unique IP is always a plus, that's true. It's like you travelling with your passport vs. you travelling along with ten other people using the same passport.
Besides, on a shared IP address you risk having your site associated with the other sites on the same IP -- which may or may not have questionable content.
2. The template's design doesn't make any difference because there are 1,000 sites using the same template from Themeforest, for example, each from totally different business areas.
Host your sites on different hosting accounts and have a second look at the domains' whois data, for starters.

Why would you want them to have unique IP addresses? Are you trying to get Google to treat them as unrelated sites? If so, keep in mind that separate IP addresses isn't enough. Google has other ways of figuring out whether sites are owned by the same entity.

The purpose is to expand our brand to promote different services in different geographic areas. There will be ~7-10.

Will GA Autotrack affect affiliate sites not using autotrack?
I want to add autotrack.js to affiliate quote forms hosted on my site. However, I do not know how it will affect affiliate websites (not associated with my quote forms, but with the same Google Analytics code, that do not use autotrack. I read that "Autotrack is not an official Google Analytics product and does not qualify for GA Premium". Will it harm my affiliates in any way to have autotrack on their quote form but not on their websites? It will have their GA website tracking number.

Can 302 chains (affiliate links) from "toxic" sources hurt you? Or are you "shielded"?
Hi, I'm going through some affiliate links, which send visitors to our website via a chain of several 302 redirects Some of them are relevant links, others perhaps not so much. I know that Google doesn't pass PageRank on 302s... But are they still considered valid links that pass, let's say, "reputation", "relevance", "link neighbourhood" kind of signals? Otherwise put, is a 302 similar to adding the "nofollow" attribute on a link? Sort of? Not at all? More succinctly put, should I be worried about "toxic" sources separated from us by 302 redirect chains? By the way, yes I recognize that (Google's 302 redirect chain handling aside) associating our brand with perhaps what some might consider spammy websites is not in general a good move; I'm concerned with the technical SEO implications here however. In fact, this technical information may very well help drive decisions/policies on where we allow our affiliate advertising to appear. International Re-sellers Scrapping My Site Should I be Worried?
We are a USA based company and we only sell direct to the US and Canada. However, we have partnered with other companies that are now distributing our products in other places like Australia and Mexico for example. These partners have scrapped our site and have used large chunks of our content to create a website for themselves on their intentional domains (ex.. .au and .mx). How concerned should I be about this? Should I reach out to them and require that they use rel="alternate" hreflang="x" or request the to stop? I have never had to deal with international SEO issues before, so any advice and direction would be appreciated!

Linking from High Authority Sites
Dear Mozzes, We're running a property portal for real estate classifieds which receives around 300.000 visits monthly. PA 47 DA 37 Mozrank 5,3 MozTrust 5,8 PR 4 Apart from our real estate classifieds we are producing proprietary trends and statistic, a rare commodity in the country we operate. Luckily we are about to enter into a partnership with one of the leading newspaper portals in the Country, appreciating PAs in the 80-90s. In this coming partnership we will provide: 1. Market statistics, which we can imagine as a chart followed by our logo and a "Powered By", which shall link to our site. 2. An in-framed part of our site in their portal where we list properties for sale, that will carry affiliate strings. In order to for us to get the maximum link value of this high authority site, how should we build the integration and linking? In what ways would an affiliate site be okay with Google?
I know Google has slammed affiliate sites hard. But affiliate marketing can be a real business and had an idea for one, but I would like to know if ALL affiliate sites are looked at as evil in Google's eyes, or if it's just those with thin and duplicate content in the product descriptions. I know they want brands to come up ahead of affiliates of that brand, and that makes sense. If I sold Acme Widgets products, Acme Widgets itself should come up ahead of my site. But what if the site sold widgets in general, with the term widgets not a branded keyword? If all product descriptions are unique and well-written content, on a site that is high quality, would it still be downgraded by Google just because there are affilate links in it? I guess overall the question could be boiled down to, are affiliate sites hit because they have horrible content or because they have links to affiliate programs in them?

Link juice from my affiliates to my site
I'm setting up an affiliate program through 1shoppingcart. Even though I run 3 different websites, the way their program works is that I have to have 1 domain name that my affiliates get as their affiliate link, with their unique id attached at the end. I can give them multiple links that will redirect to various places on my 3 websites, but those original links that they put on their site will all be to just 1 domain. I'm wondering if I still get link juice to my sites even though the links are obviously being redirected? Does it depend on the redirection method? I was just thinking that getting hundreds of affiliates who run related sites could be a very good seo boost if they're all linking to my site, but I feel like it's going to be wasted because of this redirection thing.
