This solved the problem
Thank you Casey so much

I did not install Genesis first. Think this caused some problems.

It looks like your current theme is called "Focus", rename that to something different and it will uninstall the theme for you and you will be able to access WP again.
You mentioned you deleted the old theme also, so make sure you have either twenty ten or twenty eleven installed as a fallback theme.

this is what you need to do laid out right here fixes problem by the way give the thumbs-up to Casey as he did tell you what was right http://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-got-a-warning-and-now-cant-access-wordpress
it seems to me because I do a lot of Genesis/studio press WordPress work. That this gentleman tried to do a simple change that would've worked if he was using the same themes that are out there for 90% of what is offered to WordPress users. However if you are using studio press you must 1st install the Genesis framework is the framework is separate from the theme. If you are actually trying to change the name of the theme itself I don't understand why you would want to do that if you're talking about something that wouldn't be seen by anyone however if you are simply talking about naming it whatever your website is this make sense. Also one thing I strongly advised everyone is use a managed WordPress host when using WordPress you could very simply sign up for WP engine, Zippy kid, pagely or web synthesis and they would fix your problem for you. Give you a hint Zippy kid is the best value and least expensive and extremely high-quality. If you move to any of the hosts I just named you will get these types of problems fixed for free by the host.
Sincerely,
Thomas Zickell

Hi Casey,
Think it's a dumb question but how do I know which theme I am in?
As I said, I was installing a different theme (studio press) from Seneca (graph paper) and whole thing got messed up. - Just a click -
Then I tried to rename Seneca theme (which was originally installed & activated), and finally deleted it.
-
You need to rename your current theme, not the old theme. Once you rename your current theme that will uninstall that theme and revert to the default theme so you can access WordPress again.

Transferring a site to wordpress and its effect on SEO
I have a site that is hosted on a very old platform and would like to move it to WordPress. We are a surf shop and the summer months are the busiest for us. I want like to make sure that if I transfer my site that it won't hurt our rankings in any way. What would the best way of doing this be? i.e start building the WordPress site and once it is finished, point the domain to it? Will this have any ramifications for our rank? Thank you!

Google Structured Data Problem
Hello everyone, About 1-2 weeks ago, I have implemented rich snippets (microdata) for the product pages of my e-commerce site. However, in the web masters tools, google is saying that the crawlers did not detect any structured data in my site. I have also checked my pages using Structured Data Testing Tool. You can see an example test result in the following address. http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tarzimon.com%2Fproduct%2Fnaif-tasarim-torr-aydinlatma-1031 What may cause this problem? Thank you for your help

Problem with Google SERPS
I am running yoast SEO plugin in WP. I just noticed when I google the client, none of their meta data is showing. I see that I had facebook OG clicked, which looks like it made duplicates of all the titles etc. Would that be the problem? I have since turned it off. I am hoping that was the problem. Also, when the client searches it says in the meta desc - you've viewed this site many times". What is that?

A problem with duplicate content
I'm kind of new at this. My crawl anaylsis says that I have a problem with duplicate content. I set the site up so that web sections appear in a folder with an index page as a landing page for that section. The URL would look like: www.myweb.com/section/index.php The crawl analysis says that both that URL and its root: www.myweb.com/section/ have been indexed. So I appear to have a situation where the page has been indexed twice and is a duplicate of itself. What can I do to remedy this? And, what steps should i take to get the pages re-indexed so that this type of duplication is avoided? I hope this makes sense! Any help gratefully received. Iain

Site migration from Drupal to WordPress - Question about Drupal Back end
This is really a developer/Webmaster issue. The closest category available to select was "Technical SEO" - but technically, this isn't a question about SEO, per se. I am doing free SEO work for a local arts organization as my way of giving them a charitable contribution. Despite my advice to stay on Drupal and improve the site on its current platform, they want something easier to manage for volunteers. This is perfectly understandable, although not my recommendation. Of course, not knowing anything about SEO, their first impulse was to simply shut down the old site, cancel all of their old pages, point the domain to their new WordPress site and completely start over. Thank goodness I yelled "Halt!" before they went this far 🙂 They really have no idea what they are doing and I want to help guide them through this process in a way that preserves as much as possible their inbound links (they have tons of .edu and .gov links because they are a local community arts organization). Of course they don't understand how valuable these are, so I have a lot of educating to do. I am trying to get them a quote from a professional developer to help migrate from Drupal to WordPress. The only login information anyone has been able to send me is login to their FTP. No one seems to have a login for the Drupal CMS back end, and when I asked for it they looked like deer caught in headlights Can someone tell me, or even send me a screenshot of what the admin login page looks like for a Drupal site, so I can explain better to this client what I am looking for? I have no experience with Drupal, but surely, there is a backend where the site pages and content can be updated.? There must also be a database of customers/registrants, etc. not to mention a place where all the meta tags, etc can be entered and stored? Last but not least, if no one is able to find their site's Drupal login info, is there any way under the sun for me to retrieve it for them? I have a Developer in mind whose got loads of experience migrating from Drupal to WP, but he needs a .sql export file with the contents of the curent databse in order to give us a quote. Does anyone have any advice? (Other than "This should teach you not to offer your services up to charity!" LOL)

SEO problems from moving from several pages to one accordian
Ive read other posts that say using accordion is not detrimental to SEO, and for conversion optimization we want to take several of our existing pages and make them into one accordion. But what will this do to seo and duplicate content as I redirect the old pages to anchors in the accordion? I would think this would be a dup content problem as www.oldinfo1 www.oldinfo2 will now have their content on the same page but I will be redirecting them to www.newpage#oldinfo1 www.newpage#oldinfo2 Is there a way around duplicate content problems?

No follow and do follow on wordpress
I am in the process of building a new wordpress site to replace my old static HTML site and I am now doing SEO on it. With my old site the default was do follow and I could easily change the HTML to no follow but on my wordpress site the default is no follow and I cannot seem to find a way to change parts to do follow. Tried a plugin but it does not deal with the home page at all and when I select do follow my SEO tools still highlight the links as no follow. A bit stumped on this one. Anyone have any experience with this? thanks

.htaccess problem using POST method
Hi guys I'm after some help with trying to achieve the following: 1. Canonicalise to http://www. 2. Remove the index.php from root and subfolders. I have the .htaccess code below, which seemed to work fine, but the urls use the POST method and this isn't working with the rewrites. Can anyone please advise as to what I am doing wrong? As you can probably guess .htaccess isn't my strongest SEO discipline! The code I have is: http:// to http://www. RewriteEngine on
