How to Check the Amount of Deep Backlinks?

I'm thinking about checking the amount of deep backlinks on my site because I have a hunch that I don't have enough of them. Now, the problem is that I have no idea what tool (on-line or offline) I need to use. I did some Google research but it did not give me any results.

Thanks but how do I get the amount of deep backlinks (specifically deep ones) that I have to my site?

SEOMoz's Opensiteexplorer? You can look at the external link domains, it even breaks it down to show you the page on the external site with a link to you

Website has a barrage of comment backlinks from 2011

When Google rolled out Panda and Penguin, I assume these links have been discounted and any site punishment has already happened. The website is performing well, however, just recently these comment backlinks have started popping up again as "new" backlinks on Ahrefs. Being "newly-found", will this have a negative impact on the website? Should we be worried about these and start disavowing or is it OK to ignore them? Thanks.

Homepage Vs. Inner Page Backlink Building?

If I'm trying to rank multiple inner pages, when does strengthening the homepage become more productive than strengthening the inner pages themselves? Is there a strategy to this? For example, maybe you build up a few dozen backlinks to each inner page, and then focus all your efforts on the homepage? Because, from my understanding, strengthening the homepage will go a long way towards helping your inner pages rank. Is that correct?

Hi Everyone says quality backlinks increase ranking of your website. Can you please suggest a list of good websites and blogs from where I can get quality backlinks and how to do that. Should I Use a Backlink Plugin

One of my clients recently asked me if he should use a Wordpress plugin to create backlinks to his website. He mentioned WP-Syndicator as an example. I just redesigned his website and I'd like to ensure that he gets a bit more traffic than he was before. Should I suggest that he purchase/use a Wordpress backlink plugin? Backlinks not showing in OSE

Hi I have been undertaking back linking for our website and have submitted our site to a range of online directories and quite a few of them are currently live. However when I download the Open site explorer report I'm not seeing these links included in the back link list. Can anyone tell me when they are likely to appear please?

Anchor text for deep links?

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had some advice on what to do for deep link anchor text in the post penguin world? For the homepage, I am going with almost exclusively branded text with only small variations once in a while. For the deep links I was thinking of doing a mix of branded text with some additional text such as: "My Brand Name" + Red or "My Brand Name" + Blue Does anybody know if this is the best way to go, or is there any other advice?
