(Not provided) organic search results in Analytics

Hi,
So from what I've read, (not provided) organic search results in Analytics is a result of the user being logged into Google.
The problem I have is about 20% of the organic search results are (Not provided), so what is mainly left are branded search terms.
I think I'm clutching at straws, but is there anything I can do to see these organic traffic sources?

No, unfortunately not. There's no way to get a read on these keywords. You are right, since the users are logged into Google account, starting October 2011, Google started doing their searches for logged in users by default on SSL, which means the data is secure between the user's browser and Google. The search query is not passed onto the website.
However, one almost sure shot way of calculation is to take the 80% of the data you have available and see what (%age of Total 80% those keywords are and just convert the data into 100%. In most cases, those 20% users are also typing the same sort of queries (relatively) as your 80% traffic.)

Google Analytics reporting traffic for 404 pages
Hi guys, Unique issue with google analytics reporting for one of our sites. GA is reporting sessions for 404 pages (landing pages, organic traffic) e.g. for this page: http://www.milkandlove.com.au/breastfeeding-dresses/index.php the page is currently a 404 page but GA (see screenshot) is reporting organic traffic (to the landing page). Some goal conversion in Google analytics showing under referral
Yesterday I have created Google analytics account for a new website but few goal conversions comes from payment gateway site (paypal.com, epdq.co.uk) and showing under referral. How to fix this issue so I can know the real source of Goal conversion. *Note - utm_nooverride=1 on thank you page applied, payment gateway URL is already placed in Referral Exclusion List. So please don't suggest either of them. Thanks

Basically we have a goal with 3 steps: Account Details (Personal Information) Confirmation (Mobile Confirmation Code) Email ( confirmation link) On the last step (Destination Goal) we send an email to the customer with the account confirmation link, the tracking works perfectly. Our problem is with the Goal Completions on "Traffic Sources" >> "AdWords" >> "Campaigns", Analytics doesn't add the conversions. This problem is related to the email confirmation? How do I manually add transactions to Google Analytics
We are seeing Google Analytic's drop transaction on our site so therefore all the figures are skewed. Is there a way I can manually add transactions to GA to cover the missing one?

Nonbranded Segment in Analytics
I created a segment in analytics for non-branded terms. Problem is, that when I use that segment it shows all the search traffic even non-paid. Why is that? Or, how do I limit the non-branded segment to only non-paid search? How to compare Goals in Analytics
I setup LivePerson web chat on my site. In doing so I integrated it with Google Analytics as a conversion goal so I can track the visitors that engaged in chat. I want to see the affect these chats have on my other conversion goal, a completed lead. How do I figure out the conversion % of new leads for people who have enaged in web chat vs. those who haven't?
