Local TLD Domain and languages.

Hello all,
I have a local tld domain in spanish for .es.
Now i want to translate the site content to english and german.
What do you advice?
1.1 www.domainname.es/en/ and www.domainname.es/de/
1.2 en.domainname.es and de.domainname.es
Or buy a new .com domain and set it like this:
2.1. www.domainname.com and www.domainname.com/de (english will be main language)
2.2. en.domainname.com and de.domainname.com
Or the last option ( the one i think it's better) Local TLDs
3.1 www.domainame.es , www.domainname.co.uk , and domainname.de
In this last case , the domain name is KW + Brand , should i also translate the KW?
For example:
www.heladosolimpia.es , www.icecreamolimpia.co.uk

if you're intention is doing international SEO using one domain name and the subfolders way, then the domain should be a generic domain name (.com, .net) for the simple reason that you cannot geotarget any Country Code Top Domain Name (.es, .fr, .de...) but for its related country, and the same for its subfolder.
If you decide to use a .com and subfolders, instead, in Google Webmasters Tools you can target the domain to your main country target (i.e.: uk or us) and the subfolders to their respective countries (/es/ to Spain, for instance).
Then... to use create as many sites with Country Code Domain termination as are the countries you want to target is, at first sight, the best idea, as ccTlds have a stronger geotargeting power.
The question is: are you sure you want to earn links for every single site and maintain the On Page of all of them. Are those domain names consistent with your business plan? Will you have a real presence, not just "virtual" in those countries? I suggest you first to answer those questions and just after deciding what option to choose.
Both have advantages and disadvantages, but - honestly - it will be your business plan what will give you the correct answer.
Then... if Helados Olimpia is the name of your brand, sincerely I would not translate it. Remember that Google prizes Entities (and Brands are entities) and that branded keywords are everyday more important. And that you will have to deal also with other digital channel, as Social Media: are you sure you want to have as many Facebook pages or Twitter handles or Google+ Business pages as are the translated name of your Brand?

I think the last option will be the best if you're planning to rank on keywords other than your brand.
Also, I don't think you'll see many .es domains in the english and german results, at least that's the case in french

Domain name in URL
Hi we are targeting local cities across the UK with landing pages for our website. We have built up a few links for https://www.caffeienmarketing.co.uk/bristol/ and recently advised that I should change the URL to https://www.caffeienmarketing.co.uk/marketing-agency-bristol/ and 301 directing the old one 2 questions really: 1. is there any benefit in doing this these days in that this is the main keyword target we have for this page? 2. Massive local + national disconnect in rankings (local deindexed)
I asked the question originally on webmaster central. I tried RickRoll's solutions (but it doesn't seem to have solved the issue). Problem below: I've been noticing for some time that certain pages of our site (https://www.renthop.com/boston-ma/apartments-for-rent) have been deindexed locally (or very low ranked), but indexed nationally (well ranked). In fact, it seems that the actual page isn't ranking (but the blog https://www.renthop.com/blog is). This huge mismatch between national vs local rankings seem to only happen for Boston & Chicago. Other parts of the country seem unaffected (and the national & local rankings are very similar). A bit of a background (and my personal theory as to what's happening). We use to have subdomains: boston.renthop.com & chicago.renthop.com for the site. These subdomains stopped working, though, as we moved the site to the directory format (https://www.renthop.com/boston-ma/apartments-for-rent). These subdomain URLs were inactive / broken for roughly 4 months. After the 4 months, we did a 301 from the subdomain to the main page (because these subdomains had inbound external links). However, this seems to have caused the directory pages to exhibit the national/local mismatch effect instead of helping. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? I'm not sure if the mismatch is natural, if the pages are getting algo penalized on a local level (I'm negative SEOing myself), or if it's stuck in some weird state because of what happened with bad sub-domain move). Some things I've tried: I've created webmaster console (verified) accounts for both the subdomains. I've asked Google to crawl those links. I've done a 1-1 mapping between individual page on the old site vs the new directory format I've tried both doing a 301, 302 and meta-refresh redirect from the subdomains to the directory pages. I've made sure the robots.txt on the subdomain is working properly I've made sure that the robots.txt on the directory pages are working properly. See below for a screenshot of the mismatch & deindexing in local search results (this is using SERPS - but can be replicated with any location changer). Note the difference between the ranking (and the page) when the search is done nationally vs in the actual location (Boston, MA). I'd really appreciate any help.. Guidelines for a second website business domain
Hi There, A client is setting up a second website selling the same products from a separate domain with the same descriptions etc. The site will have a separate URL, but will administered from the same CMS. The only difference is the new site has only one brand instead of several on the main site. E.G The main site sells all plumbing brands, the second site just one brand. Redirect old .net domain to new .com domain
I have a quick question that I think I know the answer to but I wanted to get some feedback to make sure or see if there's additional feedback. The long and short of it is that I'm working with a site that currently has a .net domain that they've been running for 6 years. They've recently bought a .com of the same name as well. So the question is: I think it's obviously preferable to keep the .net and just direct the .com to it. However, if they would prefer to have the .com domain, is 301'ing the .net to the .com going to lose a lot of the equity they've built up in the site over the past years? And are there any steps that would make such a move easier? Also, if you have any tips or insight just into a general transition of this nature it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Should I buy a .co domain if my preferred .com and .co.uk domain are taken by other companies?
I'm looking to boost my website ranking and drive more traffic to it using a keyword rich domain name. I want to have my nearest city followed by the keyword "seo" in the domain name but the .co.uk and .com have already been taken. Should I take the plunge and buy .co at a higher price? What options do I have? Also whilst we're on domains and URL's is it best to separate keywords in url's with a (_) or a (-)? Many thanks for any help with this matter. Alex

Redirect index.php to domain address
The question says it all really. Google analytics shows me that my top 2 pages are my domain address and index.php, which are exactly the same. Is it best to leave it like this or redirect index.php to my domain address?
