Linkbuilding backlinks list to linkpartnes embed in website?

We do backlinking for clients. And for this we also create a backlink page for linkingpartners (afcorse not all link have a backlink). For easy maintaince it would be handy if we can create a page on our server that is embed on the website of our clients. Is it possible to do this so there is no negative SEO? Weekly Linkbuilding Task List

I am trying to create a weekly link building task list for my team. We are 3 people. Does any one have any suggestion? For example: 1 - Write x blog posts. 2 - Comment on x relevant sites. 3 - Outreach x people. 4 - Publish x guest post. 5 - Produce and Distribute x info graphic. How to sell linkbuilding?

Howdy SEOmoz, I was wondering what your approach is in selling linkbuilding to clients (we're an agency). Do you sell it as "linkbuilding" or more like content creation/content marketing? do you bill by the hours, instead of project based? How would you calculate the number of hours required? (I know "it depends" :-), but still some insights would be cool) Do you start immediately with more creative strategies (widgets, infographics)? Cost affective way to automate linkbuilding?

I have done manual link submissions to directors and other places in the past. As a business owner i find it extremely tedious and find no time for it at all. I have outsourced it since and seen moderate results. There are systems like linkvana etc which promise to give high pr links, are they good? is there any other way to get niche relevant links automatically & cost affectively? Thanks

Same IP for sites & linkbuilding - negative signal for search engines?

Let's say you have 40 websites which share the same IP and you place links to them on a bunch of sites (directories, blogs), albeit on different pages on these sites. Will search engines (google) see that they use the same IP and start having the links not-pass link juice based on that same IP?

Linkbuilding - Suspicious? Seems like they still help!

I know we should be careful of suspicious links, and that google may davalue them or even penalize, especiallysince the latest update. It seems though, however it really hasnt caught up to alot of them yet. And alot of competition is still benefitting from what seems like all garbage links in their backlink profile So could someone give their opinion about links form pages like this, assuming it is a mix of this along with other "better" types of links? http://www.bmxplusmag.com/index.php/member/4817/ See the bio at the bottom. "At least" it is within copy, and only one link to the page? (Please do not reply with a simple "be careful" message) Also, does anyone have any update, on the benefit of TextLinkAds, since the recent algo update? Thanks Sam
