Title Missing or Empty 6000+ errors
-
This seems one issue that can affect my curent rank of site.
I own http://www.funnygusta.com and i saw yesterday a drop in traffic from 6000uniques to 3500. Yesterday also i received a new crawl report from seomoz.
There was like more than 6000 title missing or empty errors. This have a direct corelation between rank and these errors?
Also its weird that i use title on all posts also i use seo plugin by yoast and titles are automatic filled.
Any ideea from where to begin?
thanks

Duplicate Content errors - not going away with canonical
I am getting Duplicate Content Errors reported by Moz on search result pages due to parameters. I went through the document on resolving Duplicate Content errors and implemented the canonical solution to resolve it. The canonical in the header has been in place for a few weeks now and Moz is still showing the pages as Duplicate Content despite the canonical reference. Is this a Moz bug? http://mathematica-mpr.com/news/?facet={81C018ED-CEB9-477D-AFCC-1E6989A1D6CF}

Exact Keyword is Used in Page Title & Exact Keyword Used in Document Text at Least Once
Hi Folks, I have a page https://purplegriffon.com/courses/itil-training/itil-foundation-training/itil-foundation that grades with the 'On-Page Grader' as a B grade for the keyword 'itil foundation' but reports that there is no 'Exact Keyword is Used in Page Title' and 'Exact Keyword Used in Document Text at Least Once'. The thing is, it actually is but because of IP (intellectual property) rights we have to include a '®' (®) symbol when we mention the course title 'ITIL® Foundation'. Now I believe Google is smart enough to recognise that this symbol should not be included but it seems that for the specific criteria mentioned above, the MOZ bot isn't smart enough to recognise this, even though it recognises the keyword usage elsewhere. So my question is this. Would this constitute an issue in terms of ranking? Another question I have, is how significant are the gains with shorter URL's? For example, the URL to the page in question is: https://purplegriffon.com/courses/itil-training/itil-foundation-training/itil-foundation Would a URL such as below have a significant effect on SEO?: https://purplegriffon.com/courses/itil-foundation Thanks for your feedback.

503 Error or 200 OK??
So, in a Moz crawl and a Screaming From crawl, I'm getting some 503 Service Unavailable responses on the some pages. So I go to the pages in question, and the Moz bar is showing a 200 OK. The SEOBook http status checker (http://tools.seobook.com/server-header-checker/) also shows a 200 OK. What gives? The only reason I'm looking at this is because rankings plummeted a couple of weeks ago. Thanks! UPDATE So, I decided to use the mozbar to set the user agent as Googlebot and when I tried to access the pages in question I receive this message. I don't think this is an issue... anyone else have much experience here? Your access to this site has been limited Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503) Reason: Fake Google crawler automatically blocked Important note for site admins: If you are the administrator of this website note that your access has been limited because you broke one of the Wordfence firewall rules. The reason you access was limited is: "Fake Google crawler automatically blocked". If this is a false positive, meaning that your access to your own site has been limited incorrectly, then you will need to regain access to your site, go to the Wordfence "options" page, go to the section for Firewall Rules and disable the rule that caused you to be blocked. For example, if you were blocked because it was detected that you are a fake Google crawler, then disable the rule that blocks fake google crawlers. Or if you were blocked because you were accessing your site too quickly, then increase the number of accesses allowed per minute. If you're still having trouble, then simply disable the Wordfence firewall and you will still benefit from the other security features that Wordfence provides. If you are a site administrator and have been accidentally locked out, please enter your email in the box below and click "Send". If the email address you enter belongs to a known site administrator or someone set to receive Wordfence alerts, we will send you an email to help you regain access. Crawl Errors and Notices drop to zero
Hi all, After setting up a campaign in Moz the crawl is successful and it showed the Errors and Warnings in crawl diagnostics (each one had about 40-50), but after a few days the number dropped to zero. Only the "notices" seems to stay normal, with a slight drop since the campaign set up, but not dropping to zero. I set this campaign up in a colleague's account and the same thing happened shortly after set up. I didn't find any Q&A already posted so any insight is appreciated!

Something I'm missing META Description
When using the SEOMoz on page analysis for "luxury marquee hire" on www.katalysticevents.com it's telling me I have no meta description but my source code includes the following: Line 94 <meta property="<a class="attribute-value">og:description</a>" content="<a class="attribute-value">Katalystic Events - Luxury Marquee Hire</a>" /> Being a real newbie am I missing something here? I've included the info uploaded form my wordpress CMS, why is SEOmoz not picking this meta description up?

The crawl report shows a lot of 404 errors
They are inactive products, and I can't find any active links to these product pages. How can I tell where the crawler found the links?

Campaign report errors
one of the heavily noted errors for the first crawl of our domain was duplicate titles. I did not see a list of the pages and their current titles, but i am pretty sure it is somewhere to be found. That would help focus the work to do. Am I wrong about that?
