Great point. Not something that could give the client confidence.

A quick note that these questions are indexed quickly, and if your client searched on their domain name, they might see this question.

_You are offering - “Custom Made Fake Diplomas, Fake College Degrees and Transcripts”? In that case, I fear most of the SEO professionals would not help you in one way or the other. This is what I believe is not a legit business model. _

That is one loaded question!
For the on-page, I would recommend testing out SEOmoz's on-page optimization tool: http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/on-page-keyword-optimization/new
It seems you have a fair amount of relevancy assuming your main keywords are "fake diplomas" and "fake degrees". Nothing on your site seems to be a glaring issue that would 'cause you to NOT rank, besides that "links" page. I would take that down ASAP. Also, adding a blog section will help with reoccuring fresh content. Something Google loves.
All of your onsite effort can be next to meaningless if you were hit by Panda and/or Penguin. From looking at your backlinks, it appears as though you may be experiencing some issues with relevancy, low-quality links and/or heavy keyword anchor text.
Have you been using blog networks like Build My Rank or Distribute Your Articles? Have you been spinning content? Have you been buying Fiverr ads that are claiming they'll get you 10 .edu links for 5 bucks?
If so, you're going to want to reconsider your link building strategy and focus on higher quality links from more legitimate websites.
Being a guest posting company, I would venture to guess that link building is going to be tough for this industry, even if it is a 100% novelty item. Just focus on more legitimate link building, vary your anchor text like crazy, try to have the link JUST be the URL and watch your Webmaster Tools. If you have gotten an unnatural links warning, you might just want to check out the new link disavow tool.
I hope this helps, you have quite the road ahead of you but it's nothing unattainable.

Page Juice not moving???
Moved URL's from ldnwicklesscandles.com to ldnwicklesscandles.co.uk because I wanted to rank better for UK where I'm located and thought also the .co.uk for my competitors may have been giving them the advantage. Use Squarespace 7 (transferred over from SS5)----they told me to set primary domain to .co.uk and I've done it. I've also done a 301 redirect and done a change of address in webmaster tools although I'm not sure if all of this is needed? Squarespace seem to think just setting the primary domain is enough. My question is its been a couple of weeks, I've resubmited to Google webmaster to try to speed things up, the new URL is appearing in Google but none of my Page Juice seems to be transferring yet? How long will it take? I know not all the juice will move over but my PA/DA is non existent now and I have no idea if I'm just being impatient or I've done something wrong here. Not a Pro, Just a small biz owner here so forgive me if this has been asked before.

Unavoidable duplicate page
Hi, I have an issue where I need to duplicate content on a new site that I am launching. Visitors to the site need to think that product x is part of two different services. e.g. domain.com/service1/product-x domain.com/service2/product-x Re-writing content for product x for each service section is not an option but possibly I could get over that only one product-x page is indexed by search engines. What's the best way to do this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Stuart

Dynamic page
I have few pages on my site that are with this nature /locator/find?radius=60&zip=&state=FL I read at Google webmaster that they suggest not to change URL's like this "According to Google's Blog (link below) they are able to crawl the simplified dynamic URL just fine, and it is even encouraged to use a simple dynamic URL ( " It's much safer to serve us the original dynamic URL and let us handle the problem of detecting and avoiding problematic parameters. " ) _http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/09/dynamic-urls-vs-static-urls.html _It can also actually lead to a decrease as per this line: " We might have problems crawling and ranking your dynamic URLs if you try to make your urls look static and in the process hide parameters which offer the Googlebot valuable information. "The URLs are already simplified without any extra parameters, which is the recommended structure from Google:"Does that mean I should avoid rewriting dynamic URLs at all?
Technical SEO | | ciznerguy
That's our recommendation, unless your rewrites are limited to removing unnecessary parameters, or you are very diligent in removing all parameters that could cause problems" I would love to get some opinions on this also please consider that those pages are not cached by Google for some reason.0 -
Same page from different locations has slight different URL, is it a negative SEO practice?
Hi, Recently we made change in our website link generation logic, and now I can reach the same page from different pages with slightly different URLs like this: http://www.showme.com/sh/?h=wlZJNya&by=Featured_ShowMe and http://www.showme.com/sh/?h=wlZJNya&by=Topic Just wondering is this a bad practice and should we avoid it? Thank you, Karen
