Issue with Data Updates on Campaign

I'm reviewing a campaign I am running for a client, the Keywords data has not updated yet even though it's supposed to update every monday. The competitive analysis shows a date of August 14, which is odd becuase I'm on a trial account?

If the SEOMoz support system worked I wouldn't have posted my question twice. When I tried to submit the question, the page gave me an error. I didn't realize it posted until after the third time I tried to submit the question and then clicked on the My Q&A's. I saw it posted three times, once private (which was my intention) and twice public. When I tried to delete the two public comments I receved a 404 page error.
So yes, KLLC I noticed I posted my question twice...but it wasn't intentional and I did try to remove it but SEOMoz' system wasn't working.
If you know how to get rid of the extra questions then please provide that answer. Seeing as how SEOMoz hasn't fixed the issue on my account or responded to my private question.

Are there tools to discover duplicate content issues with the other websites?
We have issues with users copy-pasting content from other sources into our site. The only way I know to find out, is to manually (!!) copy a snippet of their text into google, to see if I get results from other sites. Is it possible to see Ranking data for longer than one week at a time?
The weekly ranking data is great for short-term analysis, but it would be great to be able to see ranking data in aggregate across an entire month, or 3-month time span. Being able to track ranking fluctuations over that amount of time makes it easier to spot trends and mark changes to website plans and how they worked over time. It also makes it easier to spot visitor trends based on rankings with Google Analytics numbers for keywords that don't get a lot of traffic on a weekly basis. Anyways, I can't seem to find any way to see ranking numbers over a larger timespan other than exporting each weekly ranking report and doing it manually. Is there a better way that I just haven't seen? Does anyone have a better solution that I'm just too stupid to think of? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The new Pages Crawled: 2. I have many 404 and other errors, I wanted to start working on it tomorrow but the new crawl only crawled to pages and doesn't show any errors. Whats the problem and what can I do? Yoseph

Site Explorer - No Data Available for this URL
Hi All I have just joined on the trial offer, im not sure if i can afford the monthly payments, but im hoping SEOmoz will show me that i also cannot afford to be without it! In my proses of learning this site and flicking through each section to see what things do. However when i enter my URL into Site Explorer i get the following message "No Data Available for this URL" My site should be crawl-able, so how do i get to see data for my site/s. I wont post my URL here, as the site has a slightly adult theme.

How can I Pull OSE Data for Multiple URL's at once
I'm putting together a link prospecting csv (very basic/simple). I'm doing my own manual hunting for link prospects and compiling them in a list in that excel doc. Once I'm done with that, I want to pull OSE data on a larger scale (MozRank, PA, DA, etc.). I know Niel Bosma's SEO tools for Excel exists, but I have a Mac, and it's not available for that. And I can't really pay for any of the big tools right now (ie BuzzStream). Does anybody know of a good tool or way of going about pulling this data in a way that will save time? As opposed to pulling data for each URL one by one. ANY tips would be GREATLY appreciated.

Why is Open site Explorer showing: No Data Available for this URL
Hi there, Im having a few problems getting my site www.incarmotorfactors.co.uk up and running on SEOMoz and im not sure what im doing wrong.Firstly seomoz shows 2 links for my site... Which is wrong. Google shows alot more. However the most noticable problem so far is Opensite explorer. When i type in the web address it shows "No Data Available for this URL" The site is more then a year old and has a few links, can anybody tell me what the problem may be?
