Rankings Report not working

Hi
(What happened to the User Voice feedback in PRO campaign reports? Another cutback because of scalability?) I'm getting sent here for Help on the reports
It's Friday morning here in France ; I'm preparing a meeting with a client and as part of this I want their Rankings Report from the campaing I set up for them month's ago
Half the keywords are showing up as "SAT" ; the message at the top says "Your keywords are updated weekly on Saturday. The last update was January 26th, 2013"
They're not new keywords, if I click on them I get historic data up untill January 19th
I'm guessing you had a problem on January 26th but why not put January 19th rankings rather than SAT ?
The report is now useless.

Report is showing 2 different domains?
Hello SEOMOZ Fam, I am trying to get a understanding on what is the best method for me to do moving forward. I am just noticing that my reports are showing data for both http://domain & http://www.domain which is what has been confusing me for this whole past month. I have just went into my control panel and redirected domains to be just http://domain....will me doing this redirect clean up my next crawl report next week or are there other steps I need to do with my domain or even my campaign? I think I chose root level for my campaign setting. Thanks so much n advance

Does anyone know why some keyword rankings go from nowhere in the top 50 to ranking 1st to then nowhere in the top 50 in the space of 3 weeks?
SEOMOZ told me to ask the question here because they say their ranking programme now works correctly and the problems I was having before with keywords changing so dramatically, even though nothing had been changed with regards to optmisation, is now to do with google rather than their ranking tool do google really change their algorithms on a weekly basis so that rankings can go up by more than 50 to ranking 1st to then going down by more than 50? Any hints or tips from anyone on I can keep the rankings more consistent (maybe dropping or increasing by one or two places week by week rather than changing by over 50 positions?)

Page Rank Report says #6 in Google but I can't find the page anywhere
So SEOMoz says that I've consistently ranked #6 for a certain keyword. But when I search I'm no where to be found. I've done regular searches, incognito and some non-seomoz reports and all come up with nothing in Google. I noticed it a week or two ago, but didn't think it would continue. This is no bueno. I wouldn't be surprised if I got penalized (luckily my homepage relatively well for similar keywords), an old seo consultant used very spammy tactics. I recently removed them, but not before I started to notice that I fell off the map. Why would SEOMoz not recognize this, and continue to say I'm ranking well? Claim Universal Placement Media in Rankings Report
There are several videos of ours on 3rd party sites (YouTube, Vimeo) that are in universal placements but show as not ours. Since they are not on our domain is there a way we can claim them in the rankings report to make the report more accurate?

Rank Tracker violate Google Guidelines?
I would like to find out whether the use of SEOMOZ rank tracker violate Google's guidelines. "Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold™ that send automatic or programmatic queries to Google."

SEOmoz ranking report SERP
I was wondering how SEOmoz the SERPs tracks? e.g. the SERP of keyword in the Google US report, doesn't give me the same result as https://www.google.com/search?pws=0&gl=us&q=keyword Does SEOmoz check the google.com SERPs from several locations and calculate an average?

Why are SEOmoz Pro Keyword Ranking reports different between two 301-linked URLs?
Hi, My main domain is www.dancenut.com. I have this 301 URL redirected to www.dancenut.com/boston/. I set up an SEOmoz Pro campaign for each of these URLs in order to see if they were being treated differently in any way. In most cases the report results are identical, or the small differences are understandable. However, there is one big difference between the two sets of campaign reports. In the Keyword Ranking reports, the data for the Bing and Yahoo! reports are identical, but the data for the Google reports are dramatically different. Out of 21 keywords, 9 are listed in the top 50 for www.dancenut.com, but only 2 are listed in the top 50 for www.dancenut.com/boston/ (the specific positions are the same for the 2 keywords that are listed for both). Does this make any sense? Could the SEOmoz Pro data be wrong? If not, then I'm suspicious that Google may not be interpreting the 301 redirect properly. I don't think this could be fully explained by a 1-10% reduction in link juice due to the 301 because I have one keyword for which my site ranks #1 in Google, Bing, and Yahoo! with www.dancenut.com, but it doesn't even rank in the top 50 in Google with www.dancenut.com/boston/. And why would these differences only exist for Google? Any insight would be much appreciated! Andrew
