Hi Diane,
To be honest, I wouldn't expect much SEO benefit out of this site.
The type of articles submitted give the impression of a low-quality article directory. The other red flag is they seem to accept just about anyone with very little editorial oversight. In the past, evidence suggests that Google tends to not place much value on links from sites like this.
If you're looking to attract traffic, I'd spend a considerable amount of effort to ensure you're creating high quality, relevant value on your site, and then sharing/engaging by perusing a more specific audience, as opposed to a general article directory.
For example, you could use Followerwonk to find influencers in your specific niche, and try to get your content in front of them.
If you're looking for ideas/inspiration, here's a good place to start: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/category/content-and-blogging
Best of luck with your SEO!

I think i will give it a miss, although can you explain how you mean about using it to create value to your site by linking to your back links

Can We Publish Duplicate Content on Multi Regional Website / Blogs?
Today, I was reading Google's official article on Multi Regional website and use of duplicate content. Right now, We are working on 4 different blogs for following regions. And, We're writing unique content for each blog. But, I am thinking to use one content / subject for all 4 region blogs. USA: http://www.bannerbuzz.com/blog/ UK: http://www.bannerbuzz.co.uk/blog/ AUS: http://www.bannerbuzz.com.au/blog/ CA: http://www.bannerbuzz.ca/blog/ Let me give you very clear ideas on it. Recently, We have published one article on USA website. http://www.bannerbuzz.com/blog/choosing-the-right-banner-for-your-advertisement/ And, We want to publish this article / blog on UK, AUS & CA blog without making any changes. I have read following paragraph on Google's official guidelines and It's inspire me to make it happen. Which is best solution for it? Websites that provide content for different regions and in different languages sometimes create content that is the same or similar but available on different URLs. This is generally not a problem as long as the content is for different users in different countries. While we strongly recommend that you provide unique content for each different group of users, we understand that this may not always be possible. There is generally no need to "hide" the duplicates by disallowing crawling in a robots.txt file or by using a "noindex" robots meta tag. However, if you're providing the same content to the same users on different URLs (for instance, if both example.de/ and example.com/de/ show German language content for users in Germany), you should pick a preferred version and redirect (or use the rel=canonical link element) appropriately. In addition, you should follow the guidelines on rel-alternate-hreflang to make sure that the correct language or regional URL is served to searchers.

Adding a picture page - Good or Bad?
I have a lot of cool pics that just did not quite make it on one of my pages. Not necessarily because I did not want to, but space reasons they just happened to lose out to another photo. What I was thinking was, maybe I can add like a gallery page? Possibly with links back to the pages that each photo was considered for? Would this be a decent idea or just a page deemed as having low quality/value and end up hurting my site. Or maybe you can add an idea that may make it work for me!

Premium Themes Use or Not?
I am just curious if any of you use the premium themes such as Genesis or Thesis, if so why did you move to those themes? Also what is the real benefit to one of those themes? I know both claim to help with SEO, but I can't really understand exactly how other than the code may be more efficient.

I'm a big fan of Wordpress (.org) as a content management system. However, I recognize that Wordpress isn't necessarily the best CMS for all ocassions. For those of you who don't like Wordpress, I'm interested in understanding your strongest reasons against. So, why not Wordpress?
