I cannot add a specific twitter account

Adding competitors twitter accounts, there is one that I've repeatedly tried to add but I keep getting -
"Uh-oh! Account can not be tracked. Please enter a valid account".
I've copied and pasted, manually typed, removed all caps... repeatedly get the same error. The other two accounts I added had no issue going in. Anyone else have something similar that they found a workaround for?

Since the information for the account was sent into the Help Desk and this does seem like a bug, I'm going to mark this question as answered and I will follow up via email once I have any information from the engineers.

I'm sorry that you are having some trouble adding your competitors' Twitter handles. I'm afraid I would need to know what Twitter accounts you are trying to connect to your campaign and which campaign you are trying to add them to in order to look into this for you.

Try following another account. If there is no problem, that rules out scenario B.
If you like, share/message the handle and I can try adding it as well.

Scenario A: They may have blocked the account you're trying to add them from.
Scenario B: If you're unable to follow any more people, you may have hit your follow limit.

Moz-Specific 404 Errors Jumped with URLs that don't exist
Hello, I'm going to try and be as specific as possible concerning this weird issue, but I'd rather not say specific info about the site unless you think it's pertinent. So to summarize, we have a website that's owned by a company that is a division of another company. For reference, we'll say that: OURSITE.com is owned by COMPANY1 which is owned by AGENCY1 This morning, we got about 7,000 new errors in MOZ only (these errors are not in Search Console) for URLs with the company name or the agency name at the end of the url. So, let's say one post is: OURSITE.com/the-article/ This morning we have an error in MOZ for URLs OURSITE.com/the-article/COMPANY1 OURSITE.com/the-article/AGENCY1 x 7000+ articles we have created. Every single post ever created is now an error in MOZ because of these two URL additions that seem to come out of nowhere. These URLs are not in our Sitemaps, they are not in Google... They simply don't exist and yet MOZ created an an error with them. Unless they exist and I don't see them. Obviously there's a link to each company and agency site on the site in the about us section, but that's it.

Twitter and G+ MOZ not tracking
Our company site TW and G+ accounts are not being tracked by MOZ although they are connected with MOZ. Can someone please look into this?

Cancel my PRO account and process refund, please
Hello SEOMoz folks, I seem to have a weird situation here, and need your help resolving it. The thing is that I received a code for a free 3 month SEOMoz Pro account that I gladly signed up for (who wouldn't considering how awesome SEOMoz is!) That said, I disbanded the startup that I was planning to use the account for several months ago. My 3 month eval ended today and my card was charged $99 because of that. The crux of my problem is that I ought to have cancelled the account long ago which I didn't, and I'e been charged. This is obviously my mistake, but I fervently hope that you guys are able to understand where I'm coming from and help with reversing the charges. To be honest, $99 means a lot to me and I'd very much appreciate if you're able to help me with a refund. I'll continue to be an avid SEOmoz fan (and prospective Pro user) but at this time, I just don't have a need to use the service. Thanks a ton! Siddharth

Hi I am getting warning message "Our access to this account will expire in 1¼ hours. Please reauthorize now to ensure that we can continue to collect data for this account." When i attach feacbook account with in campaign and social tab of seomoz application. can you tell me what is wrong here? Thank you.

Open Site Explorer Twitter Stats
Hi, I have just noticed something within Open Site Explorer. On the page it says it draws the Twitter stats from tweetmeme. I have just noticed that tweetmeme have shut down. Their new product datasift seems to do the same thing, but can someone confirm if SEOMoz is drawing data from them now, or is the current twitter data shown not fully up to date. Its not a major issue, its just something I noticed. Thanks Rich

Difference in MozPoints between My Account and Q&A forum
I noticed that there is a big difference between the mozpoints showing in my account and the mozpoint showing in the Q&A section of the website. My Account shows me that I now have: 262 Mozpoints. When i look at my Q&A total is says: 303 mozpoints. There is a big hole between the two. How is this possible and which of the 2 numbers is correct?

Would you be able to add functionality to rankings report?
It would be great if you could add annotations to the ranking graph so you could easily see when you had added site updates and the effect they had. I would also be grateful for a key on the graph so you didn't have to hover over the lines to see what's what.
