Positioning the keyword in two pages

Hi there! I've decided to use four criteria (keywords) for my website. The "problem" is that I have to use the same keyword (criteria) in two different pages. Is there a problem If I do this?
On the other side, there are two sections of the web that (I assume) must have title and description tag as well as a keyword/criteria (Contact and Registration)....any advice?¿should they have a ttile and a description?¿Should they have a keyword associated?

It's not a problem if you need to use the same keyword for two different pages - you can it on as many pages as you want, provided that you keep one designated landing page for the keyword term.
The risk is that if Google sees your keyword on two different pages that are optimised fairly evenly, both on-site and through backlinks, then it may not be able to give a ranking preference to either page. We call this keyword cannibalisation, as the two pages compete with each other, meaning that one is not the clear winner.
However, if you have a page that is clearly optimised for the keyword, so it appears in the title tag, meta description, h1 and a number of times on the page, these are clear signals to Google that you're trying to optimise that page for the keyword. Throw in some relevant backlinks to that page and it becomes even more of a signal to Google. If you do that, then it should not matter if you have the keyword present on any other pages, so be descriptive for your user.
For your title tags and meta descriptions, always right them for the user, not a search engine. This means you should include terms like 'contact' and 'registration', don't try and overly optimise your title tags for your keywords.

Having multiple pages targeting the same keywords is not a problem, its quite common. For instance if you have a e-commerce website dealing in fashion clothing for ladies, lots of your pages will target "fashion clothing" or "womens clothing" - thats a little different though to what I think you mean of ... I just want to target "keywords" to two pages and not others - is that right?
If that's correct then as long as both pages naturally lean towards those keywords and phrases you are fine. As with any SEO work don't force the story, don't include the keyword 25 times just because you can - it's not natural.

Why are my pages de-indexed?

Noindex child pages (whose content is included on parent pages)?
I'm sorry if there have been questions close to this before... I've using WordPress less like a blogging platform and more like a CMS for years now... For content management purposes we organize a lot of content around Parent/Child page (and custom-post-type) relationships; the Child pages are included as tabbed content on the Parent page. Should I be noindexing these child pages, since their content is already on the site, in full, on their Parent pages (ie. duplicate content)? Or does it not matter, since the crawlers may not go to all of the tabbed content? None of the pages have shown up in Moz's "High Priority Issues" as duplicate content but it still seems like I'm making the Parent pages suffer needlessly... Anything obvious I'm not taking into consideration? By the by, this is my first post here @ Moz, which I'm loving; this site and the forums are such a great resource! Anyways, thanks in advance!

Pages exclusion
Hi there! I don't want to "make relevan"t 3 of the pages my website has. Should I give them a title and a description even if I dont't want them to be shown in the SERPs? Is there any penalty from google if I don't do so? I guess no but just to confirm. Thanks!

Number of occurances of a keyword
At the moment my site is down due to issue at the datat centre so please don't ask for teh url as it will be some time before it is back up and running. On one of my pages I am targeting two related keyword phrases e.g. "How to use Widgets" and "Using Widgets" Each of these phrases appears once each in the Tile tag, H1 tag and meta description and two or three times in the body text. Which I beileve is current best practice. However the word Widgets appears more 60 times in total could this be hurting the rankings of the other two phrases? Many Thanks

using SEOmoz to learn more. We have ecommerce sites and the 1st crawl flags – as appears typical too many on-page links. We display up to 20 products (each with three links!)
and I’m trying to push to have fewer but meeting resistance from colleagues.
We have links duplicated all over the site believing it eases navigation. My question is just how critical is the number of products displayed
and the resulting volume of links to SEO results? Also we currently have collections of products displayed
across several pages which of course have the same page title and this is flagged
as a duplication error. I wonder if product auto-scrolling help as this means only a certain number of products are displayed at one time on one page thus reducing links and the need for duplicate page titles? My superiors are resisting change (perhaps nervous of spoiling

I had just made a 301 re-direct on one of our product pages which had a PR of 4, now that Google has indexed the new page, it's now got a PR of 0, i'm struggling to understand why this could be, i know that you may see a drop of 1, which has happened in the past, but this drop just does not make sense. Any ideas of why this could be? Kind Regards

Blog page outranks static page for KW -- why?
Blog page ranks 10 in Google, while the static page is on page 7. What makes it more interesting is that the blog page scores an "F" with the Term Target tool while the static page scores an "A". Static page has more inbound links and a mR/mT of 3.89/ 4.54 vs. 3.71/ 4.14 for the blog page. Any ideas on how to approach this one?
