Why do about half of the business directories on getlisted.org want a personal profile when creating/claiming a business listing?
Why would a medium to large business need personal profile content on the listing?

In the first and last name fields I thought of entering the first half of the company name in one field and the second half of the company name in the last.
But then it wanted a photo so I left.
Maybe I should've snapped a quick pic of the employee of the month and put it there.

I've ran into the same problem. It's annoying when building directory listings on behalf of clients, because although you do work for them, you don't always want to be associated with them.
I usually say "Online Presence Dept." or something similar in my job title so at least they know I'm managing that, not the business owner.

At least they don't all require you to sign up for a new yahoo email address...

Exact match .org Ecommerce: Reason why internal page is ranking over home page
Hello, We have a new store where an internal category page (our biggest category) is moving up ahead of the home page. What could be the reason for this? It's an exact match .org. Over-optimization? Something else? It happened both when I didn't optimize the home page title tag and when I did for the main keyword, i.e. mainkeyword | mainkeyword.org, or just mainkeyword.org Home Page. Both didn't help with this. We have very few backlinks. Thanks

User profile page optimisation - tips required
Hello, we have developed a network of medical professionals and our main goal on SEO is to rank on user names. Should We Add the W3.org Language Tag To Every Page Or Just The Home Page?
Greetings, We have five international sites around the world, two of which are in difference languages. Currently we have the following line of html code on the home page of each of the sites: Clearly, we need to change the "en" portion for the sites that aren't in English, but, should we include that meta tag in each of the site's pages, or will the home page suffice. How are you supposed to manage your backlink profile?
If you have a site that has 200k+ backlinks, and you are receiving anywhere from 1-4k new links daily (according to majestic), how are you supposed to manage your link profile? We don't do any black hat tactics or any link building, and at the rate of new links coming in, we are afraid that Penguin might hit us one day. We have never used the disavow tool yet either. What are we supposed to do exactly?

Google+ Personal Page pass link juice?
I noticed recently that a clients google plus business page (Set up as a personal page) has a followed link pointing to their site. They have many links on the web pointing to the google+ page, however that page is an https page. So the question is, would a google+ page that is https still pass authority and link juice to the site linked in the about us tab?
