One good domain generating to much links what to do
-
I think penguin had no effect yet on spain.
propdental.com remain the same. And propdental.es still growing. No penguin 2.0 effect. I think it will need a few more days to see if there is impact on spain.
Althought i have a question regarding coagnitive SEO, (is regarding a link to propdental.es from unidirectorio.com) i think is a good web, but as generated me an very big amount of links)i have this on link from unidirectorio.com that has generated 2400 links to www.propdental.es with this ancor text "clinica dental con dentistas especialistas en implantes dentales ortodoncia invisalign y carillas" Links is comes from this page http://undirectorio.com/Salud/dentistas/ and then generates 2400I can not remove this link. I seemed a good directory with just 3 pages linking out and good page rank on my specific field.I ask google to dont take that link into account, although i am not sure if i did it well.**Can someone tell me how to say to google to dont take in account the links from a domain?**google still shows this link on webmaster tools, i am afraid it ends up been bad. I seems a good directory is not an exact ancor text although containt all work i want to rank. What would be your advice? Do i have any way to make sure that google does not have the links recieved from that domain into account -
Yes, i can not find all those links From that site. I see it on my Webmaster tools as Main linking site
-
I am not going to tell you what to do -- I'm just trying to tell you some of the options.
It looks like most of those links are from indexed search results pages from within their site, right?
-
thanks that site is on my actual business, but i dont want google to take that links into account
Should i send disavow if it is a good site no spamy but has generated to much links
-
If that site promotes your actual business then I would err on the side of caution, and investigate as much as you can, but that's me
check this video about the disavow tool
-
I have like 2400 links for that directory. I dont have any other directories links
and then 500 links : of total links on good high cuality link. Just this directory that went that way
i try to contact several times but no response
I did not use disavow. I can i say to

Matt Cutts wrote on his blog yesterday:
We started rolling out the next generation of the Penguin webspam algorithm this afternoon (May 22, 2013), and the rollout is now complete. About 2.3% of English-US queries are affected to the degree that a regular user might notice.
I pasted that b/c he wrote "English-US" queries, so you are probably good.
Having said that I would be careful with free directories with anchor text like that -- seems a bit too good to be true.
Did you try writing the directory to be taken down? Did you use the disavow tool in GWT?
Where are the other links coming from? Other Directories? What % of links is that to all of your inbound links?

Is it ok to ask for a non reciprocal link
hey guys, got mini discussion question. With rapgenius.com getting penalized today, it raises some questions about linking. What they did is definitely not ok. A link scheme involving their own affiliate network is against Google guidelines for sure. So is it ok to ask for a non reciprocal link if there is no incentive involved and no money changes hands? ie. Someone writes an article related to your article topic, or they reference you without a link. Then uou email the webmaster requesting a link... They add it. Is this against the guidelines?

OK so my website ranks fairly well for keywords i would say 50-60 % are ranking in the top 3 my DA is 15 and PA is 28 I have a few other sites that i blog on that i own they have a DA of 11 and PA of 20 i was thinking of just guest posting on those using a keyword Anchor text that im not ranking for and seeing what that would do. I was thinking of creating a few other sites and just blog about random stuff for 3-6 months generate traffic and start guest posting redirecting links back towards me. Is this bad?

Big one or a linkfarm?
Hello Moz and Mozfans,
White Hat / Black Hat SEO | | inizio
I would like to ask you a question. Our friend runs a real-estate server site with aprox. 450 000 visitors a month. There is aprox. 15 000 products to be sold. The problem is, their business strategy lies in visits, not conversions. They also run a huge (you may call it linkfarm) syndicate of exact-match domains, where all those products are feeded. Of course there is supposed to be a duplicate content, but for some reason Google does not care and indexes them. As a result this syndicated exact-match domain agregate has aprox. 350 000 visits a moth, almost as much as their main brand and domain. The thing is they need those numbers. Finally my question: Should we persuade them to: A. forget the linkfarms and focus on their top-product B. milk the linkfarm as much as possible before ban C. something else? Thank you very much. Bestr regards INIZIO0 -
Owning multiple domains across similar fields
We have a printing website specializing in a single field but had added other products to it along the way, we are looking at adding a second site (redesigned from the ground up) that with cover everything (so will inevitably cover some of the same keywords) is this ok. We are considering some of the other things such as putting both sites on different IP's and also wondered about the registration details (would it be ok to have them under the same company?). Just to make it clear they will not be used for cross link or any other such things so just wanting to know if they could end up on page one for some of the same keywords and Google would be ok with this. Thank you for your time.
