SEOmoz not showing Google rankings accurately in Ranking Reports. How do we fix this?

We have a running campaign for a client who has rankings show for Yahoo and Bing within the SEOmoz Ranking Reports, however, Google shows no data or rankings. When we manually check from different IP's and computers and browsers, we see our client ranking very well in Google and for keywords which we have inside their campaign for SEOmoz.
Can anyone provide insight into this? Have you experienced this also? Our reports would look terrible going to the client if sent from SEOmoz directly as Google shows 0 (Not in Top 50) for all keywords, so we have to get rankings from other sources or manually to show our client.

Are you sure you have the right Google set up in SEO Moz, for example if you live in the UK when you search Google it will default to google.co.uk and show results within that, as opposed to google.com. If we are ranking a client locally in Ireland, we insure to have SEO Moz report results for google.ie, as google.com will obviously shown different results
Also, insure you are not logged into Google while searching the results, as Google can show local results within the SERP associated with your location.
Lastly, has SEO Moz ever shown any results, did your last report contain results, or have they never ever shown any results, if they have never shown any results and your client is rankign for some time, I would suggest you verify as indicated above
SEO Moz can be sometimes late updating results, but its never happened where over a prelonged period of time they did not update with the correct results
Can you give us one of the terms you rank well for and i can check with the search engines, oh and where you are located, or the client is

Crawl results on keyword rankings differ from actual search rankings
For the second week in a row, the weekly keyword rankings in my MOZ account show "not in top 50" for most keywords. However, when I check some of my rankings I still broadly have the rankings that I used to have. It seems that the MOZ crawl is experiencing some difficulties. Does anyone have suggestions how to find out what's going on? If I can't rely on the crawl outcomes, then the tool is not very useful anymore!

Ranking Report showing point at two place
Hi, Recently, we have modified URL letter. Actually, We have had norwegian character in URL. But we change this recently. Particularly, Keyword : skrå tak Old Link : <cite>www.nortekk.no/vi-utfører/skrå-tak-12/</cite> New link : <cite>www.nortekk.no/vi-utforer/skra-tak-12/</cite> Also we have made many improvements on the page. Actually the page rank report shows two places are marked. Why we have like this. And how long it takes to take correct URL. We have updated sitemap in google. Local Rankings Drop?
G'morning! I got a disturbing report this morning that showed seven of our big keywords drop from high on the first page to not in the top 50. After further research I have found that we are now in Google's local cluster, but no longer on the traditional organic results. My question is this, has Google changed something that doesn't allow results in the local cluster AND in the traditional organic listings? I'm assuming that this is the case because we're doing smart SEO and have built these rankings up nicely over time, but then just fell off the face of the earth. I have attached a snapshot of Moz's Ranking History for a few of the keywords, as I assume this will help explain the story. (We're in green). Any insight would be much appreciated. Issue with Opesiteexplorer report
Hi, When I pulled backlinks report for my website from opensite explorer. I see the backlinks listing for my homepage is duplicated with index page. Ex. For a external website my homepage www.website.com as well as www.website.com/index.php shows as backlinks. Note: I had given rel=canonical tag to my homepage and index.php is 301 redirection to the homepage. I find this error only to my homepage and I don't find this issue to my inner pages. I would like to know whether this is an issue with opensiteexplorer or a problem with my homepage url. Your answers are appreciated.

Rank Tracker violate Google Guidelines?

"Don't use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Strange Ranking On 1st Page Of Google For Competitive Keyword
Hey all, So, I've noticed a site ranking on the first page in Google for a keyword that I have been targeting for years. The keyword is "mixtapes" and pretty competitive. The site, http://www.newyorkmixtapes.com is ranking around #4 in Google. It seemed odd to me so I looked into the site using some of the tools here. Open Explorer showed that they have minimal links. The actual site is pretty spammy also. Does anyone have any idea how this site ranked so high so fast? Is it ranking because I am located in New York? Does Google still put lots of weight on exact match domains? It's just been bothering me because it's a keyword that I put a lot of work into and then the site rolls around an ranks well for it with barely any backlinks. I just wanted to put it out there and see if I'm missing something obvious. Thanks everyone!
