My New blog has NO content since 2 months, the day it was launch, What to DO? Is it "DEAD"???
-
2 months ago, I publish a NEW blog, http://www.mervrating.org
The blog has only 3 posts. I don't have much time to work on it.
Does it HURT my SEO?
Can I start working on it on regular basis and try to built authority or does it looks "dead" to search engine?
I would like to bring it alive and give it a second chance, will it be hard if it has no content since the beginning?
What is your opinions?
Thank you,
BigBlaze

it doesnt matter. Like they said, just continue to write
here's a tip, especially for starting blogs, it helps a lot if you be consistent with the amount of posts and content you produce.

Agreed, the fact is, is that your domain has some age to it now so creating a valuable, relevant experience for the end user with great content will get noticed quickly and consequently will increase your value within your niche and of course with Google.
Start writing content that adds value to the subject matter, start letting your network know you are getting it going and at the same time ask your contacts if they would be interested in writing an article for your site one day. Most will be happy to as we all love to hear our own voice.
Well good luck..

Hey Jean,
You shouldn't worry about that. There are people who had domains parked for years before starting to build content.
Write quality content, promote it, and Google will take notice regardless of when you launched your blog.
Cheers

Best Guest Blogging Plugin?
I have tried numerous times to use the MyBlogGuest plugin on my websites I manage for clients. I have NEVER had success with that plugin. Has anyone used that plugin and have it actually yield any results? I have followed all necessary steps, consistency, etc. Nothing. Is there any plugin out there better?

Blogging for Clients
Hello, I need some tips I think. I create content for my clients blog through research and I try to understand fully their product or service so that I can write about it and promote it. But is this enough, do you think, to be able to write good quality content? I will obviously never be as knowledgeable as they are about their product or service. Does anyone have any tips or approaches for writing content in areas they are unfamiliar with? What do others do to create blog posts for clients? Thanks

Embed WordPress blog into site or /blog?
Hi, Just a quick question - I assumed it would be a better to have a WordPress blog in a sub folder rather than a sub domain however I just wondered would it offer any more / less value if I just embedded the WordPress blog into my existing code? Thanks, Dan

Sub Domain vs New Domain
I have an existing blog separate from my main e-commerce site. (mainsite.com). Is there any advantage at all in moving the blog to a sub domain like blog.mainsite? I know putting it in a sub_folder_ is best. I don't want to do that because of security concerns. Handcrafter

How to titling images in WP blog
What is the best way to title an image in a blog post. The wording will relate to the post discussion so I am not discussing the word stuffing, rather how to enter the words. Here are my options for the title: 1. dayton engagement photos 2. dayton_engagement_photos 3. daytonengagementphotos 4. Is there another preferred method? Should I increment the image title for each image such as: daytonengagementphotos1, daytonengagementphotos2, etc. What about the alternative text area? Does the same concept apply there? Thanks hR3ua.jpg

How can I use my unique content to my advantage?
Hi, I run http://ablemagazine.co.uk - we also put out a print magazine every 2 months (the biggest disability magazine in Britain) This means we have loads of unique content (around 30 feature stories and 30 news stories every 2 months) Just wondering how I can use this to my advantage? I've been social bookmarking the feature stories (reddit, etc) and a link to all my unique stuff on facebook/twitter. Just wondering if there's anything else I should be doing? Thanks
