Internal and external links showing in Webmaster Tools but not in MOZ

Hi there
I set up a campaign 2 weeks ago but I am registering zero internal or external links for my website. It's a small site with only about 300 external links but they show in Webmaster tools but not in my link report or Open Site Explorer.
Do I need to wait until the next OSE crawl or is something wrong with my set up?

I will agree with Fede, the problem with OSE is it only crawls the portion of the website so if your links are not appearing in OSE they probably will (with the time). There is no harm in trusting the data from Google Webmaster Tool!

Thomas, I guess she's talking about inbound links reported by OSE, not the URL Crawl diagnostics by Moz...

If you signed up two weeks ago when you have zero URLs showing up I would check your settings and make sure that your campaign set up correctly. And you should see something at least 100 to 300 URLs crawled

Open Site Explorer only indexes a portion of the Web. If your links are showing up in Webmaster tools that's ok and there's nothing to worry about. Eventually, OSE will start showing your Links.

Why are inbound links not showing?
I run the site http://www.eurocheapo.com and am finding that many inbound links are not showing up in OSE and on the toolbar. For example, check out this hotel review: http://www.eurocheapo.com/paris/hotel/hotel-esmeralda.html In OSE it shows only 2 links (from 1 domain), which is crazy. It has dozens of inbound links from many different domains (links:http://www.eurocheapo.com/paris/hotel/hotel-esmeralda.html). I notice this all over my site. Pages that we link between are also showing no internal links -- which is easy to disprove. Was there a problem with this crawl? Or is the problem in our code? Many thanks for your help, Tom

Poor OSE results on my links
I am really disappointed with the "return on investment" I am getting from being a Pro member and using Open Site Explorer to analyze and remedy my inbound links post-penguin. My site has been crawled for over 4 months now by seomoz and OSE reprots that I have "external links" from just 25 or so domains - whereas Google webmaster tools has accurately identified well over 270 domains that link back to my site. How can do any sort of link removal strategy using open site explorer? I am paying $100/mo for SEomoz, and nothing for Google. What is the problem?

I've searched high and low, but I could just be missing it... Is there a report on internal links? Maybe a count? Or better yet, a way to see internal anchor text?

Competitive Link Analysis Tool?
Hi, I ran a competitive link analysis report today and back came quite a few domains that 2 or more of my 5 main competitors link from. Is it worth me submitting links to these sites? And would i be best served submitting my homepage URL or submitting a brand page such as Creative Recreation Trainers? I want to target that brand but don't want to do it if my main URL is better? Hi all SEOmozzers, site: http://f8phototravel.pl I have (in my GMT profile) 43 domains linking. Among them one of the biggest Polish like: onet.pl (5/187), gazeta.pl (8/393), grono.net.pl, canon-board.info, eturystyka.org and other. They are not present in OpenSiteExplorer. Any ideas why? Is there a tool that will show me where links with a given anchor text are coming from?
In OSE I can see how many links there are with a given anchor text, but I can't see where those links come from.
