Hello,
I appreciate moz and all of its tools and would not consider going elsewhere but I must say I am a bit disappointed in the extreme inconsistency in the updates to my campaigns and keyword rankings. It's supposed to be weekly and used to occur on a specific day however I have no idea when it will happen now. Updates have occurred on average every 8-10 days with no consistency as to when they will actually happen.
Once again I have no intentions of leaving moz but would like to know why this has happened for the past few months and if/when it will consistently be updated weekly.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for writing in. The dates and days of the week referenced throughout the Web App are the days and dates that processes are kicked off rather than finished. Because crawling and rank gathering are complicated processes, the time it takes to complete varies, so we can't give a "completed by" date. Sorry for that confusion!
I have looked into your account and the rankings and crawl reports for all of your campaigns seem to be updating consistently every 7 days. You can check this for the rankings by clicking into a keyword and hovering over the data points on the Ranking History graph, which will show you the date that data point was updated to your campaign. All of the campaigns are showing a consistent seven days between those data points. You can similarly see the recent crawl days at the bottom of the graph for the crawl reports.
As for the crawl, if it says that a crawl is scheduled for a certain date, this is the day that the crawl is begun; it may take a few days for the crawl to complete and for the new data to populate and the next scheduled update is determined by the date that the crawl completes so it may not always be a consistent week between the scheduled crawls.

What day does Moz update the keyword rankings, my campaigns are all over a week since the last update?
HI, It has been over a week since the last ranking update and i'm wondering if these typically are run on a certain day? My last update was on 8/12/14.

Analytics account will not stayed connected, listed fixes do not work.
I've had my MOZ account for a while and have just dealt with this issue for a while now but it is really getting annyoing. My Google Analytics account will not stay connected. Eveery time I refresh a page or click to a different page, I get a notification that reads "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now." I click the link to reauthorize and it says it was successful, But then as soon as I refresh the page or click to a new page withing Moz Pro, the message appears again. I've tried the fixes listed in all the other questions about this issue Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using. Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now, as well as your current Moz token. Once you are done with that, simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect (I recommend you use a fresh incognito window). And they do not work. Please help me solve this very annyoing issue!
