Facebook guidlines for NPO

I've been trying to help a local chapter of a non-profit organisation set up a Facebook page (for free!) but the idea has been refused at the national level. I think from a lack of understanding of what good Facebook can do for their communication because even the page created for the whole NPO is very low on fans and hardly ever updated.
I've got plenty of examples of NGOs doing well on Facebook.
But what I'd love to find an example of an NGOs doing good work on Facebook through local chapters and (in my dreams) get my hands on guideline document that explains to local chapters how they should go about creating the page in accordance with the NGOs.
Anyone out there have good examples ?

Facebook and Google+ Not Properly Picked Up
Hello, I have been having issues for some time now getting my Google+ and Facebook activity to show in the social media section of site explorer. Was anyone else having this same issue? I have verified my website to both pages and the Facebook page receives a considerable amount of traffic so it is very confusing to me. Any help is much appreciated. Thank You Steve

Facebook Like Button or Like Box
Hi, A client has a FB like button on their website but is frustrated that those "likes" are disconnected from their company FB page. It is possible that they could change their website like button, to a like box, which will then mean people are liking their FB page and give them a greater opportunity for on-going engagement through FB. However, from an SEO perspective is it better for them to attract likes & potential sharing of their website content rather than their FB content? Thanks.

Facebook interactions report on SEOMoz - help!
Our Fan Interactions report for the last 7 days is showing 10475 more interactions than the previous week. These didn't happen on our page and if we'd been tagged wouldn't it show up on our page? We had the usual number of Likes and Comments last week, nothing unusual there and 3 mentions, none of which triggered this level of activity. Can anyone shed any light? If we did get tagged, why wouldn't we know about it? Thanks Cecily

Facebook Like Wall
Here is a Facebook question: I would like to hide some content behind a Facebook wall - i.e. only make it visible to users who press the like button. Something like the New Yorker did with a Jonathan Franzen story. My question is: how do I do that? Thanks! Thomas

I can't see the new Facebook Insights.
Is anyone else having trouble seeing the new Facebook Insights page? If I click on Insights I get a message at the top that says, "Take me to the new Page Insights" but if I click on it it does nothing. Apparently people are "talking about me" and I can't see the new stats!
