Having 1 page crawl error on 2 sites

Help!
A few weeks back, my dev team did some "changes" (that I don't know anything about), but ever since then, my Moz crawl has only shown one page for either http://betamerica.com or http://fanex.com. Moz service was helpful in talking about a redirect loop that existed, and I asked my team to fix it, which it looks to me like they have.
Still, 1 page. I used SEO Book's spider tool and it also only sees 1 page, and sees the sites as http://https://betamerica.com (for example), which is just weird. I don't know enough about HT Access or server stuff to figure out what's going on, so if someone can help me figure that out, I'd appreciate it.

Hey Gordon!
Very sorry you are still having issues with 1 page crawls. It looks like the re-direct loop is still in place. Since your campaigns are setup as a root domain when going to http://betamerica.com this re-directs to https://betamerica.com then goes to https://www.betamercia.com
The same is occurring for fanex.com
You would have to delete both campaigns and set it up as a sub-domain since http:/www.betamerica.com re-directs once to the https site. This should do the trick for the next crawl
Please note that deleting these campaigns will remove them from Moz Analytics Beta and cannot be added until we are fully rolled out at the end of the month.
Let me know if you have any questions!

I tried this, and Google isn't giving us any indication that something is wrong, apart from a sitemap error that's older than the issue. The fact that the Moz crawl went bonkers on the same date on two sites makes me think it's some sort of weirder technical issue.

try going to to Bing and Google WMT and try to fetch the site and see if their spiders has any issues. Usually they will tell you want the problem is.

Page Rank vs Page and Domain Authority - who wins?
A client has found another SEO agency promising various things to do with link building. Most of these promises are based upon links from sites with allegedly high page ranks. So my questions: Page rank seems to be fading out am I safe to stay with PA and DA metrics instead? I don't agree with link building tactics and feel that it should more a networking activity to provide USEFUL links to users... am I being too white hat and missing opporunities? The other company have promised long list of links including 100 SEO friendly web directory listings, 200 PR 8 back links from Pinterest (which i thought was no follow) & 10 long lasting and high quality mini web sites (with three pages/posts, video and pictures). Am I right that this all sounds a little spammy or is this really what I should be doing for me clients?

Crawl Diagnostics
My site was crawled last night and found 10,000 errors due to a Robot.txt change implemented last week in between Moz crawls. This is obviously very bad so we have corrected it this morning. We do not want to wait until next Monday (6 days) to see if the fix has worked. How do we force a Moz crawl now? Thanks

When I did my first crawl, I was given some errors.
Do I then need to re-crawl to make sure the errors were fixed accordingly?

Has any on else experienced a spike in crawl errors?
Hi, Since the last time our sites were crawled in SEOmoz they are all showing a spike in Errors. (Mainly duplicate page titles and duplicate content). We haven't changed anything to the structure of the sites but they are all using the same content management system. The image is an example of what we are witnessing for all our sites based on the same system. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar? or does anyone know of any changes that SEOmoz has implemented which may be affecting this? Thanks in advance, Anthony. WzdQV WzdQV WzdQV.jpg WzdQV.jpg

Can I prevent some pages from being crawled from SEOMoz spider and still not affect Google Spider?
Well, basically that's the question 😄 Can I prevent some pages from being crawled from SEOMoz spider and still not affect Google Spider? This is, I have more than 10.000 pages on the website, and I am not interested in having reports for many of them, but I still wanna get SEO visits on them, so I want Google to crawl it easily... Thanks!

SEOmoz showing crawl errors but webmastertools says no errors, need help!
Hi this is my first question and i couldnt find a similar question on here. basically i have a clients website that is showing 150 duplicate page titles and content errors plus others. SEOmoz analysis is showing me for example is 3 duplicate hompage URLS: 1.www.domain.com 2.domain.com 3.www.domain.com/index.html all 3 are the same page. after explaining to the guy (who built the website) the errors, he ensured me that the main URL is URl 1. and the other 2 are 301 redirects. however SEOmoz analysis doesnt seem to change the results and webmastertools doesnt seem to show any errors at all. also if i try all 3 URL's there are no redirects to URL 1. any help or clarity would be awesome! Thanks e-bob

Why do some sites have a higher Page Authority than Domain Authority in OSE??
Hi, I have noticed when using OSE and enter a domain you very often see a higher Page Authority than Domain Authority. If someone could explain why this would happen then I would be very grateful - its my current understanding that page authority would ALWAYS be LESS THAN Domain Authority but that is not always the case (I have seen cases where PA is more than 10 higher then DA) Here's an example where PA > DA http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/links.html?site=www.primelocation.com Thanks
