Moz.com Report a Problem or Provide Feedback

Two things.
First, I could not find exactly where to report an issue or provide feedback about the website. I don't need to contact about Moz Analytics or any other products. I just want to provide feedback about the Moz Blog. I think it would be nice to be able to report an issue or provide feedback to "Roger" and have that item sent to the appropriate department for review. A lot of websites tend to use "webmaster@example.com" for this, but anything would work. My suggestion is to offer a feedback form on the Contact Moz page.
Second, the issue I wanted to report has to do with blog comments. I left a comment early this morning and, with me being on Central Time and the timestamp for comments using Seattle local time, I was surprised to see that my comment had been posted "2 hours ago" immediately after I clicked "Submit." I presume this text is dynamic and that, in Seattle, you see "seconds ago" or something but, being in Wisconsin, I see "2 hours ago." This is confusing mainly because I have no idea how long ago other comments may have been posted.
P.S. There isn't a question category for the Moz Blogs so I am choosing Moz - Other Research Tools. I view the blogs as a Product Moz provides so maybe adding "Moz - Blogs" to the Moz Product Help list of categories would be appropriate.

Sorry for the confusion. The Help Hub is the best way to contact us for both PRO and community, but you can also email us directly at help@moz.com. The Contact Us page also directs users to reach us through the Help Hub, but I understand that the semantics of the page do refer to Moz Analytics, which may have caused the confusion. I'm very sorry about that!
Since the engineers will need to look into your question about the time stamps on the blog posts, I am going to create a request in our email support system. You will receive an email from me shortly and then I will send the information you included to the engineers. Once I have further information from them, I will follow up with you again via email.

Thanks Gagan, this is good for Pro members. I think it would still be nice to be able to offer website feedback from anywhere.
Maybe this is something Moz wants to hear through the social channels provided in the footer?

Page Authority drop to Zero with new Moz crawl
My Site having page authority about 15 to 17 and i added many new pages in end of November. Everything is fine in December Moz Crawl update (Page Authority - Domain Authority) but in recent update my DA id drop 3 points and all my pages authority vanished drop to 1. Can anyone help me out to understand whats going on there!!!

Error in Duplicate Content Being Reported - Pages Aren't Actually Duplicates
The recent crawl of one of our sites revealed a high number of duplicate content issues. However, when I viewed the report for pages with duplicate content I noticed almost all of them are not duplicates. For example, these two pages are marked as dupes:

Has anyone had to deal with Moz crawl issues on their Zendesk support site?
If so - how did you end up resolving them? For instance we have 85 "temporary redirect" errors from our Zendesk support site in our crawl error report and we don't have access to the robots.txt file through Zendesk.

Many more 404 being reported in GWT than MA
Hi I have been submitting MA crawl reports to clients developers post going live with a new site migration and instructing them to set up 301's for any 404's still reporting which they have now done (despite instructing them not to go live until all old url's mapped & 301'd to new replacement page, or HP if no replacement). 1) When i look in GWT crawl errors there has been a spike since going live with 660 'page not founds' being reported compared to x11 404's in MA. Could there be a 'lag' in GWT reporting and actually they have already been dealt with just not updated by GWT in this report and the MA report is more accurate ? Should i wait and see/or mark as fixed and see if return tomorrow, or tell dev to immediately investigate ? I have checked some samples links and they are going to 404 type pages so presume they are still broken and urgent issue dev must fix immediately ? 2) How long does it take aprox for the page authority to be transferred via a 301 redirect to a new page since i see some category pages that had good PA and have been 301'd to new category urls, are now showing a PA of just 1 !! Reporting for a US subfolder: New campaign or just add US kw & engines to existing
Hi My UK based client is about to target the USA via a domain.com/US/ subfolder For reporting purposes do you (either Moz staff or Mozzers with experience or pref both) recommend setting up a new campaign or simply adding US engines and KW to existing campaign ? Can you adjust the timeframe from weekly to monthly in the Dashboard Overview report?
I am looking to adjust the metrics displayed in the dashboard Overview report and the other subsequent reports to display a monthly time frame instead of a weekly time frame. I see the pull down bar that looks like I should be able to adjust the time frame but only weekly is given as an option. I do not know if this is specific to my account, that is, I am running on a subscription that only allows for weekly metrics. Thank you, Jon

Rel Can notice issue on my SEOMoz reporting
Need some help understanding this report... I have 17 notices for Rel Can on my campaign. Then, it lists all the links. But what is this report actually telling me? Is it telling me that Rel Can's are listed on these pages? The are all blog posts...our blog was redirected when the site was recently rebuilt. I just need to understand what the report is really telling me to do/not do. Or is it ok to ignore this "notice"?
