Easy fix:
in your .htaccess file, use this
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^domain.com
RewriteRule (.*) http://domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]Remember to replace domain.com with your domain name.

You can use either without any negative effects whatsoever. The .htaccess above is correct for non www. Also, in GWMT go in and select a preferred domain as a backup. So, since you are using non www, go to GWMT and top right corner you will see the tools wheel. Click it and go to site settings. Then select the non www.
This will insure all is correct.

I would go for www. There are some technical reasons why you would want www's.
I don't know the full reason, but the way some hosts configure their caching, and cpanel cloudflare integration you may be forced to use www's if you want to take advantage of that. Take a popular host like Siteground for instance, if you wanted to use their supercacher and cloudflare you must use www's.
Sorry I cannot provide clear technical reasons, as I don't fully understand it, but I have had to deal with this in the past. Prior to running into these issues, I used to think it didn't matter and had all my sites with the non-www's. Its not a problem on the whole, but you should be aware in a very small number of cases it might be (of course you can just avoid any problems by avoiding that particular configuration, it just might be annoying thats all).

doesnt matter which one you go for so long as you stick with it to be consistent
most people these days seem to be going for non www option

Using a keyword on homepage of a blog
I have a blog and the homepage has the 5 most recent posts. I ran a report card on my homepage for my main keyword. One of the problems is that the keyword only appears 1 time. I don't want to put it in the signature of every post because I found that causing problems with self-cannibalizing. I checked my competitor and they got a check mark for this but I looked at their homepage and I found the keyword NOWHERE! So where is my competitor hiding the keywords and how can I get the keywords on the homepage when the content is constantly changing? Thanks in advance!

Best Way to Use Date in Title
Hi, I do most of the current copy for our blog which you can find here http://appointedd.com/blog/ I believe having a regular blog structure with a mix of irregular ad hoc posts to go in around these. So, for this blog, I write an article on "Beauty Industry News" every week. Now, I don't want to use the same title for each post, so I've peen butting in the date after each one i.e. "Beauty Industry News - 24/04/13". Is this best practice or is there a better way of naming regular posts? Thanks in advance!

I have a question about on page links or duplicate contant
Ok help me out here friends. I’m working with the warnings and errors for my site. I have two problems that relate to each other and I want to know if you had to choose what problem what would you choose. I’m running into some duplicate content and title errors because under categories for my products there are so many products that it creates more than one page and with each new page it has the same title or same content on the page. I tried to make this less in some cases by showing more products per page like 100 items and in most cases per category it will only show one page now. Now some times there’s still more than one page and also this creates too many links now on that category page. So I think I can get rid of all the to many on page links but it will make more pages and duplicate content and title tag. What would you guys do?

Keyword use in Title tag?
To improve SEO on a particular keyword, should you use that same keyword in the title tag of multiple pages within your site? Will that help or would it actually hurt by causing pages within your site to complete against each other for that keyword? Does it make a difference if that keyword is truly used on all those different pages?
