Has anyone seen their GWT Search Queries data resolve?
-
My GWT data seems to be have resolved through 9/28, but still looking low for the week starting 9/29 through present.
-
The same as Robert, checked a couple of sites and not having any issues with the data. All the problems of last week with Google Webmaster Tools not showing search query data for the last couple of days should also be resolved in the meantime according to several sources.
-
I looked at several of our sites and we have no problem with the data. It is there through 10/06.
Hope that helps,
Robert

Google My Business app search report
What is the deal with the search reports in the Google My Business app? I downloaded this app so prospective customers could message my business, and when I look at the search reports on the app, the results seem nonsensical. According to google analytics my business receives pretty steady traffic every day. Why does the report say that I receive zero visitors one day and 400 the next? (See the screenshot below) 4yLRCHG

Problems with analytics, conversation data and assisted conversions
Hi guys. Having issues with analytics. Firstly, it doesn't record all our sales accurately. My boss downloaded a sales report directly from our site, and it doesn't match up to the analytics, our actual sales were significantly higher than Google analytics was reporting (by about a 1/3). Any idea why Google is missing so many of the conversions? Also, I'm trying to work our how many assisted conversion we are getting from our ad words campaigns. I've been looking through our top conversion path data to try find conversions that started with a paid click. However, I seem to have some inconsistencies. We have only one ad words group that is on the display network (Re-marketing V1 Ad group 1) , and according to analytics we have a conversion from it (See Screen shot 1). However, there is no record of this in our ad words data. (See screen shot 2). This is over the same time period. I don't know what to take from this. Can anyone help? Isaac. Is it possible to import data from an old Google Analytics profile to a new Google Analytics profile?
We have encountered a situation where a client's old SEO firm is refusing to grant us Admin access to our client's existing GA account. For security purposes (so the other SEO firm doesn't delete the existing GA profile) we have started a new Google Analytics profile. Again we do have access to the data in the old account. Is it possible to migrate this old data over (if we just have user access)? Thanks for the help

Ecommerce data in universal analytics
Does any have the same issue. We are tracking e-commerce data in GA universal. We are finding that sales are being recorded on the day of the sale and again a few days later. It does only seem to be 1 or 2 sales that do this not all. Does anyone have any suggestions? Much appreciated. David

How does Google sort multiple websites in one GWT account?
Today I noticed one of our sub-domains listed in our Google Webmaster Tools Account moved from the 6th position to the 2nd position. Is there a reason for this (perhaps urls/sites listed at the top require the most attention)?

Has anyone had any success when requesting help from Bing?
For the past month I have been struggling to resolve a problem with an increasing number of 404 crawl errors in Bing. (Only Bing reports these error, not Google and not Moz.) I did receive email from them requesting a server log (which I have now sent 5 times.) Their response, please send a server log. The last email I sent (6/21) explained there should be server log attached, if they did not get it, not why not? Do they have a restriction on file size? What other compression types do they accept? It has been very frustrating to deal with them and all of their responses are between 9 PM and midnight. Almost a week later, no reply. Any suggestions how I can get out of this seemingly endless loop and get a helpful response during normal business hours (PDT)?

If the google keyword tool says for instance, that the exact match domain name is typed in 720 times, how many times it typed in to the address bar? example.com - 720 global searches Thanks!

Google Analytics Site Search to new sub-domain
Hi Mozzers, I'm setting up Google's Site Search on a website. However this isn't for search terms, this will be for people filling in a form and using the POST action to land on a results page. This is similar to what is outlined at http://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1012264 ('<a class="zippy zippy-collapse">Setting Up Site Search for POST-Based Search Engines').</a> However my approach is different as my results appear on a sub-domain of the top level domain. Eg.. user is on www.domain.com/page.php user fills in form submits user gets taken to results.domain.com/results.php The issue is with the suggested code provided by Google as copied below.. Firstly, I don't use query strings on my results page so I would have to create an artificial page which shouldn't be a problem. But what I don't know is how the tracking will work across a sub-domain without the _gaq.push(['_setDomainName', '.domain.com']); code. Can this be added in? Can I also add Custom Variables? Does anyone have experience of using Site Search across a sub-domain perhaps to track quote form values? Many thanks!
