What is it?
I am trying to download the CSV file of 404 errors but after download it gives this error.Can anyone guide me how to do it or its moz issue?

Unsolved Backlink issue

backling issue

Other tools like ahref and smallseotools show different backlinks compared to MOZ for our website (www.unitedopt.com) ahref shows up 18,550 backlinks. Here I attached a screenshot of ahref.

Crawl Issue

Hi, We have 3 campaigns running for our websites in different territories. All was going well until April 11th when Moz reported that our .com site (sendmode.com) could not be crawled. I get this error "Your page redirects or links to a page that is outside of the scope of your campaign settings ..." I've been through the site a number of times but have been unable to get to the root of the problem. Robots.txt and 301's look fine. Is there any way I can find out which page is causing the issue? Crawling issue

Hello,
I have added the campaign IJsfabriek Strombeek (ijsfabriekstrombeek.be) to my account. After the website had been crawled, it showed only 2 crawled pages, but this site has over 500 pages. It is divided into four versions: a Dutch, French, English and German version. I thought that could be the issue because I only filled in the root domain ijsfabriekstrombeek.be , so I created another campaign with the name ijsfabriekstrombeek with the url ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl . When MOZ crawled this one, I got the following remark:
**Moz was unable to crawl your site on Feb 21, 2018. **Your page redirects or links to a page that is outside of the scope of your campaign settings. Your campaign is limited to pages with ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl in the URL path, which prevents us from crawling through the redirect or the links on your page. To enable a full crawl of your site, you may need to create a new campaign with a broader scope, adjust your redirects, or add links to other pages that include ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have checked the robots.txt and that is fine. There are also no robots meta tags in the code, so what can be the problem? I really need to see an overview of all the pages on the website, so I can use MOZ for the reason that I prescribed, being SEO improvement. Please come back to me soon. Is there a possibility that I can see someone sort out this issue through 'Join me'? Thanks

Issues with Page Grader Tool and competitor KW Rankings

I'm having two very frustrating issues with Moz: The page grader tool is not 'connecting' the correct keyword with the correct URL. For instance, if I want to rank for Dallas Motorcycle Accident Lawyer and create page of optimized content at Dallas.Zdfirm.com/Motorcycle-Accident, Moz doesn't grade THAT page. It grades Dallas.ZDFirm.com which to no surprise rates as an F. This is happening with both web sites on this account so much that the page grader tool is not delivering any value. My competitors keywords are not tracking properly. They are showing for "not in the top 50" for keywords that they are on the first page for. Again, this is for both domains on this account. MOZ is having a redirect loop issue?

Hey guys, Is anyone else having an issue with this? I leave MOZ analytics open all day and it times out after a while. When you refresh your page when it has timed out, it goes into a redirect loop. It also doesnt let you log back in before you first log out (even though your session has already timed out). Not the greatest UX and I thought I should see if anyone else is having the same issue. Let me know your thoughts!

Several issues moz analytics

I have found several issues with Moz Analytics. Wondering if it is only me or am I missing something... 1. I am not able to create branded reports or reports what so ever. I need this functionality like it is advertised.
2. In Search competition is not working at all. it states "not in top 50" for all keywords witch is not true.
3. In Crawl diagnostics I get this "Rel Canonical" issue even though the rel canonical tag is in the website. I have send a mail to support but no answer until today. Earlier I did receive a answer on my questions so i guess there is one way of sending questions to the moz team witch is not working.
