I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with Mozbar. Since this is an extension of your browser, it may be difficult for us to isolate as the toolbar will rely on your personal settings in the browser.

Moz Does Not Show Any Data Of My Website

Four month ago I launched my website stylistfontgenerator.com , and i write about latest fonts which we used in our blogs,artices,letters. Well, when i check stats of my website in moz, it doest not show ranking keyword in moz.

Change email address just for communication with Moz

I want to keep my email address as it is now for all of my profiles, however to manage my MOZ account I prefer that my assistant get the emails. If I change my email address on the Moz account will that trigger a change anywhere else? Thanks, Cindy Cindy@PTScoaching.com

Crawl Issue

Hi, We have 3 campaigns running for our websites in different territories. All was going well until April 11th when Moz reported that our .com site (sendmode.com) could not be crawled. I get this error "Your page redirects or links to a page that is outside of the scope of your campaign settings ..." I've been through the site a number of times but have been unable to get to the root of the problem. Robots.txt and 301's look fine. Is there any way I can find out which page is causing the issue? Is anyone else experiencing a lot of bugs in moz?

It seems like there have been a lot of bugs in moz over the last couple of days - is anyone else experiencing anything similar? Scheduled reports have sections coming through blank, same thing happens when trying to edit the module in the report - it's just blank. Yesterday, trying to use the KW explorer the SERP portion of the tool would not work and the metrics gathering seemed to be endless. Also been receiving various error messages across many different reports

Can I transfer my Moz Profile points to a new profile?

I've moved jobs and that meant changing emails and handing over my Moz account to the company. Afterall, it was the company that paid for the Moz account. I was wondering if I could transfer my points/profile to a new one? Or is it a case of starting from scratch again?
