I have upgraded my account but I can't add another site. What to do?

Simple, I want to get out of my free trial. I need to work with two/three sites. I seem to have access to five accounts... but I can't add a site. Very frustrating.

Sorry for the confusion. It looks like you wrote in an email to our support desk on the 14th and Sam Weber responded to you there. I'm really sorry if you didn't see his response!
It looks like you had used your entire account allotment of 50,000 pages crawled on the first campaign you had set up which is why you were not able to create another campaign.
It looks like you've archived the original campaign and set up another campaign with only 1000 pages crawled so you should be able to set up other campaigns on your account now. If you would like to have the original campaign active on your account again, I would recommend temporarily archiving the campaign you currently have active on your account then activating the old campaign and adjusting the page crawl limit to a lower limit for that campaign from the settings page. You would then be able to reactivate your current campaign, since the total pages crawled would then come up under the 50,000 page crawl account limitation.

Why didn't the Moz rankings change yesterday?
As of this morning, the Domain Authority section on our campaign still reads: "Next scheduled update: Jan 25, 2017 PST" and nothing has changed - it is still showing our old DA and how much it went up since last time. Moz Account - How to Select Monthly Timeframes

Can I still view archived campaigns if the subscrition is downgraded to the free version?
We have made a company decision to use another tool for the purpose of rank tracking and want to downgrade our Moz subscription to improve our bottom line. The current debate is whether the archived information has enough value to justify keeping a subscription.
