OSE Appears To Be Running Very Slow

Is anyone else having the issues where OSE is running really slow when creating advanced reports.
I analyzed a sites yesterday that has 3500 links, and 18 hours on the the CSV report progress is only at around 20%.

I've got the same issue. My "Advanced Inbound Links" report is in the processing status for the month or so. I've resubmitted my request for 5 or 6 times, but the report never finishes. Actually it stuck on this: "Getting data from the LSAPI. 158 out of 100k results found". Would much appreciate your help! Thank you.

I see the report you requested finished pretty quickly after it was requested 3 hours ago. Are you not able to download the report?

Hey Denis!
I do see one report that will take a while to complete as it is exporting 100K results. Sometimes results this large can fail and we recommend adjusting your export settings to break them down into smaller results.
Let me know if you need this report re-requested. I see a newer one that completed.

OSE 'request CSV' for links blank
After doing the link check on a domain, got 40 or so links. Clicked Request CSV The file that is downloaded contains no links. The column headings are there but no content Did this twice and got same blank file. OSE is showing the 40 links

Moz cannot crawl domain. Also OSE does not work properly on this specific domain?

Why is OSE showing a higher Domain Authority than Moz?
Moz has today run monthly reports for 2 of my clients' sites. For both of these, the Domain Authority reported on the Moz dashboard is several points lower than that shown by OSE today for the same sites. Why would that be?

How long will it take for the changes we've made to reflect in Moz OSE spam score data?
I signed up for Moz to see the spam flags our site had triggered. As soon as I found out, we worked on it and have been trying to correct our mistakes but it's been more than a month and we've managed to neutralise zero flags. I would appreciate if someone can clarify how long the OSE data takes to refresh. Also, how do you combat the following three specific flags: Ratio of Followed to Nofollowed Subdomains Ratio of Followed to Nofollowed Domains Low Number of Pages Found Crawl only gets a valid response to a small number of pages. Confused about the link metrics showing up in MOZ & OSE
For my campaign "itelligence Applications" which is for site itelligencegroup.com/uk/ - MOZ seems to be giving me different stats on links, depending on which tab I look it in the Link Analysis section. Then when I look at OSE, the numbers are totally different again, not just a little bit different. Example: In MOZ Link Analysis, on the "inbound links" tab, it says there are 129 Root Domains and 6832 Total External Inbound Links. If I then look at the Competitive Metrics screen, it says there are 46,284 external followed links and 240 total linking root domains. If I then go to OSE for the same site, it says there are 14 Root Domains and 686 total links. I have no idea why these numbers vary so much or how to even report them to my client. Am I missing something here? Any help would be gratefully received! Maureen

OSE unavailable and Rank Tracker not refreshing
I tried to submit a help ticket, but the help tickets also are not working! OSE for at least the last 12 hours has been returning Unavailable. Also, Rank Tracker never updates and just endlessly spins. Can someone shed some light on the issue and when the solution will be implemented? Thank you

Why does it take so long to generate CSV reports from OSE?
My CSV reports are taking so long to generate, that I'm unable to deliver analysis that I need to deliver today. How can it take so long to create a CSV document for a report that took seconds to generate on screen? How can I justify my subscription for a product that doesn't deliver? I do have to justify it. I feel so let down.
